Shawn, the store manager at Extra Space Storage, is amazing! He helped us clear out our unit, loaded unwanted items into the dumpster, and even reversed a recent charge. Friendly, professional, and truly above-and-beyond service—we’ll be back whenever we need storage.

We had a wonderful person name Shawn that was so helpful to my friend Bob. It only took 10 minutes for him to help and explain to Bob on what he was doing and what he wanted. Overall it’s a good storage unit and a very good person.

From the moment I walked in, Michelle and Sean were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make the process smooth and stress-free.
They took the time to walk me through the available unit options, and answered all my questions.
It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Michelle and Sean were courteous, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for clean, secure storage with excellent support.

Sean has always been very helpful and today we wanted to downsize . Sean gave us several options and Chris not only helped us pick a unit but also moved our containers. I would recommend this Extra Space to anyone who expects very clean units with extra special customer service.
