Hi! I wanted to give a shoutout to Gio for helping my mom today! She just came back from this location and told me how Gio helped her with packages that she’d gotten switched and went the extra mile to help my mom resolve her issue.
I’ve used this location over the years but I thought I’d give the staff here another extra shout out.
Thank you so much on the behalf of my mom. :) Excellent service always deserves a shout out!

Every time I come here at this location the print office department provides the best customer service. Extremely patient and provides expertise help and recommendations with any of your printing needs. They go above and beyond!

Disturbingly poor customer service. The man with long hair at the shipping department had clearly zero interest in making sure my shipping needs were filled properly.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right printing options for my project. The quality of the prints was excellent, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them for any printing needs!

I never leave reviews, but the service here calls for it! I worked with a woman named Ivy; she was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond when printing the signage we had made for our Wedding!
I will be using their services from now on if I need printing, and largely due to Ivy’s assistance!

One of the people kept trying to upsell their service. He want to sell me a "custom" box instead of a regular one. I asked the dimensions of the TV box. Instead of telling me, he pointed to the box and said it was printed on the box. The TV box is plenty big as he could tell because he measured the table I was shipping.

I went to there to print something that I needed for meeting. The code was not working. Ask for help got ignored, and then eventually somebody showed up and then was supposed to be helping me, but then left me standing there. I went to help somebody else who came in after me and when I said to her, I have another appointment, she said ma’am, please this is Gloria and I don’t think she knows what customer service is. She’s very rude. Very very disrespectful. I asked for manager they told me manager is not coming in until 12. I asked for my money back. They told me it takes 3 to 5 business days, horrible
