My boyfriend and I purchased a pair of $150 Saucony sneakers from this location four days ago. After giving it more thought, I decided I wanted the same style in a different color. When I went in for an exchange yesterday, I was told they couldn't accept the shoes because there was a small amount of dirt on the soles—apparently from trying them on in the store. Mind you, I never even took them out of the box after bringing them home. Despite explaining this, the staff didn't believe me and implied I was lying. If trying shoes on in the store counts as "wearing" them, then how is anyone supposed to buy shoes risk-free? The store should take responsibility for dirt on their floors, not the customer.
Instead of resolving the issue, they handed me the Customer Service number, which led to an even more frustrating process. Now, I have to wait for a return label, a review process, and a refund—all through the mail. Customer Service even suggested I wipe off the dirt and return them to another location. Seriously? If I were trying to deceive them, I would have done that in the first place. The shoes were brand new, so I didn't consider inspecting them for dirt before returning them.
This whole experience was frustrating and unreasonable. I won't be shopping here again.

I ordered a pair of Jordans online and this is how they came. The shipping box was smaller than the shoe box but they made it work. Terrible 0 stars is what I want to give.

They didn't know the difference between preschool and grade school...when I got home to wrap my stuff (Christmas) one of the sneaks smelled like mildew BAD...and they RAN OUTTA BAGS in the whole store. And they just opened

I visited this Sunday and I had horrible experience. Omg falicia is her name the worse individual I have ever meet very rude poor customer service and very nasty attitude. All I asked her for size 10 shoe , and she said “ check other shoes and sizes cuz I don’t want to go back in forth “ like really . She came out and said we don’t have size 10 we have only size 11 or size 9 . I got disappointed but likely there was another employee and I asked him about size 10 and he went and got me size 10 . Wow I was shocked . I don’t know how she got this job there . I will never go back there again . I hope she get fired .

Today I decided to buy me a pair of sneakers at the Cherry Hill Mall finish line store. I picked up a pair of sneakers I asked the young lady for my size she said they only had a size 8, she went to get the sneakers she gave me the box and walked away. Not once the young lady ask me any questions she had her back turned towards me the whole time. I saw a young man so I asked him for his help, I asked him for another size for another pair of sneakers that's when he told me, I was shopping in the kids section. He told me that after he gave me the other sneakers, told the young man if the young lady would have told me that ,when I asked for a pair of sneakers in my size when she told me they only had a size 8. I would not have shopped again in the kids section asking for adult size. The young man I was very upset about the way I was treated. she did not acknowledge me the whole time I was in that store after she gave me the box of sneakers it's like I was never there, she was so busy on her dam phone .I put the shoes down and I walked away, I walked out I didn't even want to buy nothing from that place. I told that young man I was really upset by the fact that she never told me I was shopping in the kids section the whole time that will really piss me off and I didn't want to buy anything else from that place and I left.

If it were possible I would give this place a negative rating, I ordered a pair of sneakers online and the shipping was horrible; the box came all beat up and the shoes look like they were already on some ones feet. So when I went to return the shoes I explained to the stores manager Craig the situation he was not helpful, he was inconsiderate of the situation I explained to him and he was very condescending and he did not offer an alternative . Long story short I was unable to get a refund. I am disappointed with finish line I have been a customer for over 20 years and this has been the worst experience I have had with this company by far!

Tryed on pair of addidas and noticed the sole was peeling, so the girl grabbed me a better pair, all good!My wife was also trying on a pair of nike, in the meantime I was getting a size 5 for my son who wasnt with us when the shoes came out they were obviously used sneakers! I laughed and showed the girl and she had zero response to what was happening! I couldn't believe she though I wouldn't check the 130.00 sneakers.I walked out the store and will never shop at finish line

Young Man helped me I was looking for a pair of Desert Elephant 23 and they didn't have them in stock instead of him telling me sorry Mrs we sold out he looked on line to see if they had them and they did so we overnight shipped them and I got them sometimes its that little extra that goes along way Thank You !!!!

Hello. My name is Carol Marino. I am a senior. Today I had to ride over to Cherry Hill Mall to pick up sneakers for my granddaughter. I called to make sure they were ready for pickup. Cashmere answered the phone and the way she is answered was exceptional. I was so nervous about driving to Jersey by myself and after speaking with her assuring me everything will be fine I felt totally at ease. When I arrived I encountered Will and Cashmere. Both were exceptional. As soon as I walked in the store they smiled and knew who I was from our telephone conversation. I was treated and greeted from these two employees who knew what it is to be professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this store i. Hats off to Will and Cashmere for going beyond the call of Exceptional service. God Bless you both
