They have a nice selection of Jordans and other shoes. I’ve got my own pair of shoes that I wear and love from there that look great.

I walked into this footlocker browsing for a very long time, as I was shopping for a gift i was indecisive on what to buy. A sales associate offered to help me order a pair of Nike cream pants to match a sweater from Abercrombie. I was unsure and grabbed a pair of socks to make a different gift in the even that I did not order the pants. I decided to order the pants and as I was approaching the register the sales associate that was "helping" me asked me "where are the socks?" I replied "I put them back" she replied "where? I didn't see you put them back". Shirt and sweet the associate accused me of stealing a pair of socks in a passive aggressive manner. While at the register I decided not to make my purchase based off of this event. I advise to not shop at this foot locker. The associate was a middle aged woman, the only older woman working there. She was rude, accused me aggressively and I reported her to customer service and her regional manager. I hope a retrain is in progress because accusing someone without evidence can lead to legal repercussions for both the associate and footlocker. I thank customer service for listening to me and accommodating me. Footlocker has lost a customer .

So I stop and buy 2 sneakers all the employees work there but no one is helping to the customers so i pay with two hundred and one 20 she said you have another bill so i give another bill so then she try to give me another 20 because she think all my money is fake i was so mad with the supervisor

Today I went shopping for a pair of any style size 14 so I walked around the whole mall ending up back a Foot Locker. I proceeded to walk around trying to find something that suits me. So I asked one of the female sales person for help so she said I only have a 13 in this type of Jordan Low so I tried it on and it was to snug. So I asked the female sales person do you have any type of sneaker in a 14 and she told me no. And I said are you sure she said no. So I proceeded and walked on the other side and spoke to a male sales person and he said yes I will check and I said what about the dunks and he said I think so let me check. He came back with a size 14 Nike Panda dunks. I said to him I appreciate you going the extra mile. Customer service is very important if she wasn’t sure she should have as someone else.

Went in to get a pair of UGGs for my daughter today which were sold out everywhere so I didn’t expect them to have the shoe in stock and have to wait 3-5 for a shipment to come in. But low and behold the very nice lady (Guinnetta) caught me at the door help me from start to finish she was terriffic, I was in and out 5 mins flat

Kicks for the middle schooler we called ahead and when we arrived we were greeted at the door by Nyguen so pleasant and helpful she made sure our item at the register helped us find her size is a sweatsuit and thanked us for coming as we left with our purchases, this young lady made our experience so quick and easy we will be back soon ??...i would add a photo but the kid said enough already ??
