Walked in the other day with my son and was greeted by Annalie she was very kind to my sons helped him choose a pair of sneakers and talked to him about High school with him. Great customer service and very kind person. Thank you Annalie and Team

I was so pleased with this location! I brought along my two toddlers to look for some new shoes for them and all the employees were very kind and patient. One in particular, Matthew I wanted to say thank you so much for helping me look for the perfect shoes for my kids and being so patient when my son started getting a little excited. Awesome customer service and great with kids. I could tell he truly cares. Also the shoes we bought are absolutely perfect. We love them! Thank you guys (:

I had a terrific experience in this store while shopping for my daughter's basketball sneakers. Nevaeh was very friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and she gave us her undivided attention.

I recently visited the Cherry Hill Kids Foot Locker with my girlfriend on September 15, 2023, and unfortunately, the service we received was far from satisfactory. We encountered two employees, Esperanza and Elianor, who displayed a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that I have rarely witnessed in a store.As soon as we inquired about shoe sizes, it was evident that they were annoyed and displayed their frustration on their faces. To make matters worse, they provided inaccurate information about the store's inventory. What was even more shocking was their dismissive attitude; one of them even put her hand up to my face, signaling me to stop talking.When I asked for their names, they provided false ones (Hope and Elizabeth), which was clearly an attempt to cover up their inappropriate behavior. To add to our disappointment, the store manager on duty that night seemed to make excuses for their conduct rather than addressing the issue.This type of behavior is entirely unacceptable, and it left me deeply dissatisfied with my shopping experience. I am hopeful that the management will take immediate action to address this issue and provide better training for their staff to ensure that no other customers have to endure such discourteous treatment. Disgusting behavior !!!!

I love buying my niece and nephew sneakers. They enjoy when I take them here because they know they're about to get a new pair of shoes. They love the large selection of shoes that they can choose form.

Good shoe store in the Cherry Hill Mall, lower level. They have a lot of options. Kids shoes are expensive but their prices are decent. The windows are clean which helps looking at the displays.
