Fortified damaged our property months ago during the roof replacement, making our main walkway unsafe to walk on. They never made any effort to repair the damage even after having two estimates sent to them. Luckily, the solar company working with them stepped in to rectify the situation. We would never refer anyone to this company, resulting from their irresponsible business practices.Update: Your response is not true. You had photos of the damage your crew did the day after they left and you had estimates for the repair from us for over a month and you never acted on them. Once we let the solar company know what you were not rectifying the issue after 2 months of the damage having been done, they had the repair done and paid for within 48 hours. You are perpetuating your dishonest business practices.Service: Roof installation

Fortified roofing is a qualify outfit. We were getting our roof redone prior to getting solar installed and they managed the job extremely well. The communication was not only timely and effective, but any questions we had were responded to with great efficiency and what felt like a great concern to help their customer. Joy who was our point of communication is excellent and extremely helpful. The team that installed the roof started at 6:30 am and finished at 8:30pm. They were hard working and professional. That’s a long work day and they were meticulous about cleaning up even after the extremely long day. Thank you to the whole team.Services: Gutter installation

I will start by saying how professional this company was from the moment they rang my doorbell. They were on time, and very respectful. They covered the entire surroundings of the house, including some parts of the actual house, with tarps. As they got their necessary equipment in place, the delivery of the material came, as well as the dumpster. Everything was timed perfect. They were fast, efficient, and clean. I did not find one spec of dirt anywhere after they left. I wish I had more roof for them to do, because it was satisfying to watch. The end result was amazing. From Brian, the gent who came to give my my estimate, to the crew that arrived ontime and were finished with my roof in about eight hours. They had to tear off two layers.
