“I used Mark to plan my wife's viewing and cremation and he was very caring and compassionate and made sure everything was done correctly. It started when Ryan who was the staff member who came to pick up my wife from the hospice facility after she passed, he was very friendly and professional. When we went to make the arrangements Mark made sure that we had everything that I wanted for my wife.
The day of the funeral the whole staff was so caring and compassionate to me and my family and all that came to pay their respects. The way she looked for the viewing was phenomenal considering how sick my wife was. “When my father passed the nursing home had another funeral Director contact me. I was overwhelmed and needless to say confused. I recalled my grandfather had his memorial service with Bruce Hawkins and called them. OMG, what a difference a caring person makes. Melanie was my first comtact and was graceful. Edward had guided me and 100% supported me through this process. Ms. Linda was very helpful also. The entire team at Bruce Hawkins are highly recommend.

I had my mother service here 2016, grandmother, 2017, father, 2021, great aunt 2024. The staff was compassionate, friendly, welcoming, professional. They answered any questions that I may have had and kept me updated during the whole process. Yes, the space is small if you have a large family. Parking is off street. But the location is in the heart of North philly. You have to be from North to understand. Brian is affordable and will help you out the best way he knows how.”
