I never write reviews. However, I feel compelled to write a review on Garrett Specialties. Their customer service was exceptional!!! I needed help to organize my ideas. Their suggestions and creative ideas helped me order exactly what I needed. I’m so happy. Without a doubt, I will continue to order from them in future.

I ordered company branded products from Garrett Specialties. They were super responsive in helping me get my product on a short timeline, the website to order was intuitive and easy to use, and my team said the final product looks great. Will definitely use them again.

Super overpriced. Super slow. It's been a month since I placed the order. They just shipped it and expected delivery is Dec 17th. It is supposed to be a Christmas gifts for customers, now I guess it will be gifts for myself. Shipping cost two times overpriced. Even delivery from China will be cheaper. And quicker. Never work with this guys. Worst service ever. I 10 times regret

I ordered 300 ponchos in small plastic bags for a giveaway at an event. Garrett quoted the cost at just over $900, but said to wait for the shipping charges that would be sent later. A day or so afterwards, that charge came in. 7 small boxes with a total shipping charge of $400. That's bait and switch in my book. I asked them to come back with a more reasonable charge for shipping. Their answer was that they could not do anything about that charge, but they would give me a $25 credit. I cancelled the order. Then I bought the exact same thing from AnyPromo.com. They provided the exact same poncho with reasonable shipping charges - hundreds of dollars less.

I ordered drawstring bags for an event I was putting on. I've used other companies before to make customized items, and Garret Specialities stood out for its customer service. The website was very easy to use as well! Thank you so much!
