The first agent with whom I spoke did not help. I asked to speak with a manager. Steve B. in the Cherry Hill Best Buy Geek Squad is OUTSTANDING!!!! I did not have an appointment, there was no one else in line and I asked if he could just take a look at it. He took it in the back and ten minutes later - BAM, I am back in business and on the internet. I have a Geek Squad contract and this is well worth it. I paid nothing for this service. I just want to point out that the manager, Steve B., went out of his way to help me. I am overwhelmed by his kindness and professionalism.

I personally recommend comming to this geek squad location for your custom PC. One of the agents Nick, did an amazing job fixing my PC. Not only that, he has shown superior customer service by giving precise updates via email and providing knowledgeable information. An additional, he went the extra mile by contacting one of the third party(NZXT) to get a missing compnonent for my PC. Again, Nick have shown great customer service, very well attention to detailed, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be comming back to this location if I need repairs or upgrade any parts. Good Job Nick and the Geek squad Staff!

It took a few times, but Justin at Geek Squad and I finally figured out what was wrong with my PC after transferring all of the components into a new case.With the negative reviews about their phone service, I'd recommend scheduling an appointment on the website and going in person to talk to them. Then you can actually bring in your machine and explain to them what's wrong. The techs on the phone are most likely not the ones you would see at your local store, they're instead representative from BestBuy corporate. Instead, talk to the Geek Squad techs directly to address what problem you're having. It took a while to figure out, but my PC runs incredibly smoothly now. Definitely worth the wait and some frustration.

Made 2 appointments to fix my mom’s computer. Both said nothing is wrong. IF you had actually looked you’d see she can access any web page after typing in to google. Lazy workers, what are you being paid to do

Customer service over the phone was pitiful. Called three times and was on hold for an hour then when I finally got through they put me on hold to “check” on my order for tech service then I got disconnected. Today was on the chat site and there were three more people who kept saying they would check then they got technical difficulties and could not get back on line with them too.
