The worst experience I received. I dropped off my car to get service for an oil change and tire rotation to find out the services weren't done. When I picked up my car I notice the tires weren't rotated. I asked why and the manager said I didn't need it. I started to realize the oil wasn't done when the oil light kept lighting up. I decided to go back to the same place to find out why the light is on. One of the techs said it might be my brakes. I decided to go elsewhere to get it service and they showed my how dark the oil was. I will never ever go back nor will I recommend anyone to go there. Horrible service.

I walked in and told the rep why I was there and that I had been there the day before and was told to return today, etc. I tell the rep my name and they proceed to list other names that are obviously not my name, Stacey (sp?), etc. And said these people’s full names mind you, which I do not understand the purpose of. Then the rep finds my name and struggles to pronounce it even though they do not need to even say it because I already said it. Importantly, how would their butchered pronunciation make it clear to me that I am the one they are referring to? And it’s not like he would or should show me the screen for verification. At least just spell the last name or spell what is necessary. And then he proceeded to give me an incredulous look or a look to indicate something negative about my name or those who named me.

Horrible & incompetent staff. I spoke to Kevin & Jorge regarding a tire for a 2022 Honda Civic Sport. I spoke to them twice regarding the tire. Tire size is 235 40/18 Eagle Sport. Kevin told me on Wednesday before thanksgiving that he had 4 in stock. We arrived at 3 pm per Kevin that if we wanted they can install the tire. I spoke to both of them that I have a family member that lives out of state and needed this tire replaced. I will never step foot in this facility or any other Goodyear service center nor will I buy any of their products. Just the fact that Kevin lied about this to us was disgusting. Don’t go to this store!!

HERES YOUR WARNING! Horrible, unprofessional, customer service at the front desk. Corporate didn’t do a thing but leave it up to the store to handle. Wouldn’t trust them work on my child’s power wheels. Look at the other reviews before you waste your time here.

I have never been more disgusted with Customer Service. I started off my day by calling Goodyear and asking if they had time for an alignment on my truck. I was greeted by Mike, who Asked me why I needed an alignment. I explained to him that I got For new tires and there was a little bit of vibration in the steering wheel when going at highway speeds. Then proceeded to tell me that an alignment would not fix my vibrations in the wheel; he didn’t follow up with any other explanation.
I had my employees drop my truck off over at the shop and when they came to pick it up, the associates at Goodyear told them That there were three Lug nuts missing on my truck. Nobody at the shop called to make us aware of that. I’m absolutely positive that I had five lugs on each wheel when I dropped it off.
When I asked them if they had extra Lug nuts to put back on my car, they seemed disgruntled with my employee’s annoyance over the situation and they told them that they would have to order lugs for my car and they wouldn’t be available that day. When I asked for management, I was told that both managers were out on family emergencies.
I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra. I can’t believe they sent my truck on the road with lugs missing on 3 wheels as if it was not a massive liability. My employee asked Bob how goodyear would feel about the liability of sending somebody home with missing lugs and he said that it is fine because that is what auto insurance is for.

Employees are friendly but I had a bad experience. Brought in my work vehicle to get the AC fixed. Nothing blowing out of the vents. I tried to convey my problem best I could. They ended up replacing my accumulator. Had the same problem over the next couple days. Waited a week for the AC guy to come back from vacation to find out they want to charge me 400 for the actual fix. I originally paid 500 to not my have problem resolved. Mike spoke with the store manager for me who said they would take care of it for the cost of parts (230 after tax). Begrudgingly, I paid it. From my point of view I just paid 700.00 for a 400.00 job. If the store manager is so concerned for his bottom line, he should probably research the benefits of providing excellent customer service. I won’t step back into that shop with either of my vehicles, and obviously will recommend others avoid at all costs. If you still want to patron this location I highly recommend you diagnose your vehicles issue(s) 100% correctly before you arrive to avoid situations like mine.

I have been a Goodyear customer in Cherry Hill for years, but today I wanted to change the belt on my car, I was informed that it has to be a specialized person, and that I should go to Ford, I also want to clarify, that no one took the key to my car. car to see the belt as it is, they just told me to go somewhere else. I was very disappointed with the service and the disregard for me, the service needs to improve a lot in this store, the mechanics should have more goodwill and help more customers and not just not do the service! I was even willing to buy the belt for them to install but they said a lot of things that didn't make any sense! I found another place ( Jiffy Lube ) in Cherry Hill , and they did the job in an hour and a half, they did the exchange without any problems, I was also well received by the workshop and the mechanics were honest. I didn't need to go to Ford. I thought the Goodyear mechanics had a bad desire to do the service, Goodyear improve their customer service, I know I'm just one person, and you don't care about my service, but I was very sad and disappointed with the service .
I will never go back to that place, I'm tired of being treated badly .

Staff friendly, though disorganized, and I found the work product to be sloppy. I returned to my car after having 2 tires replaced and alignment done (this through a manufacturer warranty claim - otherwise, I’d have work done at my dealership). I returned to my car to find someone dripped their coffee (?) down the driver side door, grease stains on the door handle and passenger seat, and the trunk compartment (where tire lock is located) open, disheveled, and used gloves thrown in. Overall, incredibly sloppy. I called to make them aware of the state of my car, and the attitude was apathetic. I wouldn’t go back here, as their lack of respect and pride in their work is clearly on display.

29/Female; I got two tires replaced, rotated, and an alignment. $500. Staff was friendly and prompt enough, BUT when I drove off my front passenger side tire was inflated to 67psi. Thats INSANE. My model of car calls for 35psi, and the tires themselves are only rated for 51psi. That could have caused so much damage if not killed someone. In addition, another lady came in and I heard her saying that she was picking up her car for the second time after this location had sent her home with the tire she needed replaced still on the car *that had a nail in it*. She caught the mistake and held the workers accountable. I can't prove it, but I suspect intentional mechanical malpractice. Be careful using this location.

I run a small side business. Called early in the week to schedule getting 3 separate cars safety inspected on Friday or Saturday. Wanted to make appropriate appointment as I was going to be spending over half a day on this. Told, you are good you don't need an appointment. Show up today. We have no time for days.If I had not called to deliberately schedule this and confirm would have been my bad. I don't expect any special treatment and don't just walk in and expect to a shop and have them part the red seas.But wasting my time after I tried to make sure about this, just bad
