I have gone to Amanda twice now and she does a wonderful job. So far, the wait has been very short although I know, through previous experiences with other Great Clips in other States, it can be longer. I like the way she cuts my hair and I like chatting with her when she does. She is truly an assets to Great Clips!

Sadly I will not be back to this location- I checked in on line - when I arrived no one said hello or asked me at any time my name .There were 4 ladies on at the time. I was 4 th on the screen , then 2nd , a customer walked in his name was now under mine they took him - then I was number 1 - again another customer came in they asked him if he checked in online he said yes I'm number 2 up there in the screen - she left and the next hairstyles called his name... I asked is there an issue which the computer because I have been here for more then the time slot (almost 30 minutes maybe more) and the stylist said oh no one checked you in that's the problem . Wow poor service on All 3 ladies who saw me and or came up to the register area . The young stylist with red hair was not involved she was working on her client the whole time. .

I recieved a great haircut on my last visit. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name that cut my hair. It was the first time that I saw him at that Cherry Hill location. I'd wait for him the next time I'm there. He did a great job!

The girl who cut my hair was very nice. She chatted and cut my hair. She did a fantastic job. I was very pleased and so was my hubby!

Wow unbelivable. This experience has taught me a lesson. I should have left. I was greeted by a miserable older woman Her attitude was unprofessional and discourteous, which left a very negative impression. The other woman the one that actually cut my hair was nicer but she had no business cutting hair. I asked for a Bob with layers showed her a picture and she still messed it up. She even used Clippers and gave me a bad bald spot. My husband had to even it out. 😤 (I should have left when prior to the cut she disappeared to the back for over 10min maybe to avoid my cut or look up a youtube video on how to... just gave me negative vibes and the older lady noticed too) needs more training and better customer service. Due to this unfortunate experience, I regret to say that we will not be returning to this location.

Excellant haircut! Went above and beyond to blend in my beard and eyebrows. One of the best haircuts I've ever gotten here and have been coming here for years!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my son and I received during our recent visit to your salon. When we arrived, an older lady was sitting there and didn’t acknowledge us despite us being the only ones there. After some time, she got up to give my son a haircut. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. She was quite rough, and my son later told me that it was hurting him. He politely asked if she could make the forehead a straight line, to which she responded rudely, suggesting we should have gone to a barber for that.
Her attitude was unprofessional and discourteous, which left a very negative impression. Due to this unfortunate experience, I regret to say that we will not be returning to this location.
I hope that you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of service for future customers.
