I got there at 3 minutes to 12:00 when they close at 12:00. I was met outside by the car washer named Richard arguing with me not to go inside because no one was there, He didn't wash any cars, and there was no cars available. Another customer was there and told me to go inside. 3 workers at the dest and 2 customers. When I went inside I was told by Ra'mere there were no cars available, and I would not get my money back. They were rude, wouldn't even take my name to find out who I was. Now I have to wait for the transaction to clear to dispute it with my bank. Do not go to this location. They are rude, the whole place smells like weed, very unprofessional. I made my reservation 3 days ago there was no reason there could not be a car available.

I just wanted to appreciate the team that corrected the situation that came up when I was renting my car last week for my trip to Canada. I had a Pacifica that I had reserved for about 2 months. My wife even confirmed by going there the night before but upon our arrival the next day, our reservation was not there. While I was upset, and I asked to escalate the situation to the manager, Cindy, who was working with me, brought his manager out whose name is Joe. In between and between Joe Shakeel and Cindy they all worked together to offer me another car which was different (upgrade) and accommodated my needs. Special demonstration of care by Cindy and also her manager Joe. But Cindy kept me engaged and offered words of care and concern. They still need to have someone answer the phones in day time which is a challenge.

Had an 11am pick up time today, I show up the employee says “oh you were double booked by a 3rd party, happens all the times we have no vehicle for you”. I asked when will they and she said they have no idea, couldn’t give me any timeline whatsoever. When I asked if these double bookings by 3rd parties happen all the time wouldn’t they want to fix it so it doesn’t keep happening? She responded “welcome to my world”, so yeah stay FARRRR away from this place, awful awful business practices. Also look at all the other reviews on for this place, I’m not the only one lol.

This location is very busy, but the staff handled everything very professionally and I was in and out close to my arrival and drop off times. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a rental.

I had a fantastic experience at Hertz thanks to the excellent service from Cydny and Shaquille. They were both incredibly nice and professional. Cydny in particular did an amazing job helping me with my rental. She was efficient and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Shaq was also very helpful and their positive attitude truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this location!

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. The cars are garbage. They tried to put me in multiple vehicles that had over 100k miles. My card was charged twice. I have been trying to call for the past 2 days and no answer. I’m currently on hold right now. Stay away from this place!
