Although it is a very busy location, the team at hertz helped me through my uber rental process every step of the way. Cindy is great to interact with, as she keeps you smiling while she is getting things taken care of. She made what was a somewhat stressful experience, smooth and easy all while keeping a great attitude. Thanks Cindy!

I was assigned the cherry hill hertz location by my insurance company. I called the 800 number to set it up and they advised me to call the location to confirm my pick up from the auto shop. I called and called and called. It rang till the call disconnected. I called 800 back and they said they would escalate the request to have them call me. Hour goes by, nothing. The nice lady at the auto body shop called another hertz in the area, they didn’t have anything available and they attempted to reach out to cherry hill for me. They also get no answer.The end resolution is the other hertz location told me to hand tight and they would make a car available for me in the next 20-30 min and would pick me up.I’m reading these reviews that say the representatives tell customers they don’t answer their phone, to not be rude to customers. But you are being rude to customers by not answering the phone. Not answering your businesses phone is wild to me. You’ve now lost money and a customer by not answering your phone.

They don’t pick up the phone. I’ve literally been inside it and watched them ,Listen to the phone ring continuously and not pick it up. That’s so unprofessional.

I won't be returning to Hertz anymore. The people they have when I went there last week messed up everything. I had called 3 times around 8 ish in the morning on Monday. But no one answered the phone. When I go there in person I tell the lady in the front Cindy about it and she laughed and said yeah we don't answer phones. Cause we don't want to seem rude infront of the customers. But the issue was there are a whole bunch of workers inside and still no one answers the phone which is ridiculous. Then on top of that Cindy gives me all the wrong information and stating I have to use a credit card but makes it seem like they will take all the money at onces. So my mother in law had to use her card then she tells me since she has triple A I won't be charged the 13 dollar driving fee. But she was still giving me the round around. Then I received a car that wasn't even cleaned it was dirty. Then yesterday I returned the car and when I get home I see they charged me for 13 dollar fee a day for driving the vehicle even thought they said I wouldn't be charged. Come to find out she was still in training but she acted like she knew what she was doing. I explained to Tim ( representative) my issues with them. He apologized said that everything she did was completely wrong and that she is still learning. But I tell him that I'm displeased with the service and how unprofessional she was. Then Tim gives me the number tocustomer service to see about the charged for the 13 dollar fee. They couldn't even do anything since cause come to find out Cindy never put it in the system so I still had to pay 94 dollars and some change for just driving the vehicle. They need to learn how to train there employees better. Sadly I lost out on that money due to their fault and can't even be reimbursed for that amount. I will tell my friend and family to not come to Hertz due to their unprofessionalism. ??????I

Had a bad experience after a young lady hit my car. Insurance guaranteed a comprable vehicle to my 2015 gmc yukon and hertz would pick me up from the auto body shop. 1st hertz didn't actually pick me up they Sent a lift which would have been fine if that's what they said but I was expecting to grab a rental and go about my day. After the 30 minute drive to hertz They gave me a Chevy Trax which was dirty and then after multiple calls to hertz and the insurance Co (to make sure I didn't confuse nothing) hertz told me they didn't have a car for me even though my reservation was made 2 wks prior I was able to get a bigger vehicle to fit my family of 6 but it was also dirty

I've been renting cars from Hertz at this location for quite some time, never having a real issue (lack of staff, cars sometimes unclean and at times staff not customer service friendly). Recently I rented a car on 12/27 for 2 days returning on 12/29 . I received a call from Hertz car recovery on 1/1 and 1/2 stating that I was still in possession of the vehicle, which I explained the car had been returned. After researching, I noticed my digital receipt on the website, that I was charged a fee of $300 on 1/1 and $100 on 1/2, so I called my credit card company to verify the charges and the Rep had informed me of charges of $200 on 12/31, $100 1/1 and $100 1/2, WTH!!! Is there no one doing their job and updating the system when cars are returned (maybe they need to hire more staff, only 2 to 3 people behind desk). If I would've known that Hertz are into shiesty business practices, I would have reconsidered doing business with them. When I try calling the office (16 x) no one ever answers the phone, which is very poor customer service. I will be contacting the corporate office to get this matter resolved and reporting to the BBB!!!Update: Kim, the link you provided doesn't work.

Great customer service, vehicle and a seamless experience. But $10.45 per gallon to refill car (3.5x retail price) is insulting.

Did not have the vehicle I reserved …..what is the purpose of reserving a vehicle if they give your reserved vehicle to someone else…..? Exactly like Seinfeld’s episode.Under staffed. Super Long lines…. All the Teslas were broken or not available even though I reserved one….

My experience at this location was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I came over from the Hertz on Essington in Philadelphia and they were so rude there!!!! I would recommend going there if you’re driving for Uber in New Jersey as they are by far the best.

Dropped my rental off and their tiny parking lot was way over capacity. Rental cars were parked everywhere, so much so there was barely any way to drive in and out of their lot. If you go here, be prepared to get blocked in by customers who come after you!We got there at 9:30 and they open at 8. Only one worker was there, so for every customer in line he had to leave the desk and go outside. Took me 20 minutes just to hand the keys back, even though only three people were on line. Another worker sauntered in at like 9:40 and he messed around with logging into the computers for five minutes before helping anyone. Nightmare
