My rating is 3 but could have probably been a 5.
Customer service is excellent.
More than on time for appointments, very efficient.
Counters were delivered sooner than expected delivery date!!!
Counters are beautiful!!!
The only issue, which is a BIG issue, is one edge of my counter was left very sharp and cut uneven. So as i went to clean the counter i almost cut myself!!! Too much money for a senseless mishap!!! I will be reporting this.

I’m so glad we went to ILKEM for our countertop project. The warehouse is full of so many beautiful options. The staff was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and really helpful. Staff came out so quickly to template and then install. Again, all were friendly, professional, neat, and they got done so fast! I’d definitely use them for any other projects at my home and cannot recommend them enough to anyone considering new countertops!

The staff was professional at every step. They stayed in excellent communication with me. This was a high touch service all the way through. Fabrication turnaround was quick. Installation was prompt, well within the window provided. Install team was professional. Great job.

Everyone at Ilkem was very helpful especially Fulya. We went to their showroom to see all the styles of stone. We met the owner and he made us feel right at home.
I had questions during the process and Fulya was always very responsive. The 3 installers did a very good job and they were very engaging with our questions.
I highly recommend the Ilkem stone company for your next kitchen project!!!
