Found out they charge customers a different amount of money for filing a tax return EVEN IF THE AMOUNT OF WORK/ DOCUMENTS FILED ARE THE SAME.... depending on how much money they made. I will be looking into a Class Action Law Suit.

Always professional, knowledgeable, and above all personable. We’ve been doing business with the Jackson Hewitt office in Cherry Hill for many years now and I definitely recommend their services and my favorite representative there, Melvin. He’s the best!

Melvin in the cherry hill office is the greatest customer service agent alive , I love Melvin , I’ve been going to Melvin at Jackson Hewitt for many years about 20, to be exact. But this will be my last year dealing with Jackson Hewitt the last couple of years has not been so great with the dishonesty with the advances and money getting back on time . I’m so over Jackson Hewitt, I won’t be coming back , and you guys are going to lose a lot of people in the future the way this Bessiness is so dishonest

My experience at Jackson Hewitt in the Cherry Hill Walmart was an excellent experience with Aalleyah I was able to have an one one with my expert and shop I killed two birds with on stone she took her time out to explain every detail and she was very respectful and helpful with her Expertise I’ll be back next year thank you for everything

We got way behind and were rushing to file on October 15. The preparer (another corporate tax service( made a 1 PM appointment with us. When we went, the office was closed, and you could not get an actual person on the phone. I went to Jackson Hewitt in Cherry Hill online and booked a 3 PM appointment. Rosalyn Santiago was welcoming and helpful. She explained everything well and clearly answered our questions. I have "tax phobia," which is why we are always late. We will go back to Jackson Hewitt next year.
