Even if you didn't hire me I still had fun at your interview. I love J.C Penney!!! I can't get mad it's my first credit card and my first department store since I was a little girl and they had JCPENNEY in Audubon. I sure miss that Plaza were they use to be a Bradley's as long as them White boys ain't pulling you over like they did when I was a little girl racially profiling my family and had me sitting on a curve with a little Puerto Rican Dress and traditional panties that had designs on my butt .....

Came in today for the sales went to JCPenneys jewelry section, I’m looking at literally EVERYTHING SHOWCASE taking my time to I might add cause I really wanted earrings there were about 5 employees just huddled together talking gossiping not one person asked if I needed help let alone acknowledged I was there not a greeting nothing wasn’t like there was anyone else there shopping so I walked out since it seemed like they didn’t need business

They send me coupons and I can never use them, they come out that in certain brands they are not valid and the ones that are valid have to be at regular price because if they have a discount my coupon does not pass, and I wonder. So why do they send me coupons?

Not a very nice visit. I had gone into Penny's to see if they had improved their little boy's dept. and it was the same old thing. Everything was thrown around, a bin full of clothes of all sizes, etc. It looked like John's bargain store. The young boy's department has always been very weak for the last couple of years. The sad thing is the young girl's dept.was very nice with nice outfits and little dresses. Also good quality, I cannot say that about the boys department.
