Yet another person asking you to please update your hours both on google and on your website! Both places said you were open until 9 pm. I made a special trip out after my child’s bedtime to get items for his birthday, only to arrive at 8:15 pm to find a dark store with signs on the door saying you’re only open until 7. I won’t be coming back to this location if I can’t trust that you will be open at the times stated on your website.

Website says open till 9. The front door said 7. I got there at 650. The door was locked. I waited for someone to leave. They kept the customers in there till 7 so I couldn’t come in. I traveled 30 mins to get there. Horrible horrible people!

Please update your store hours online! I drove 30 minutes to find out that the store had new hours and was closed.

Bought an aerosol can. Didn't work. Went back to exchange it only to go on a wild goose chase for it at the insistence of the cashier. I told her they don't have it and I want to buy a different product. Cashier said she did not feel like processing a return then a purchase. They brought one from the back so it could just be an exchange. I get home, no nozzle at all this time. Guess wasting time is my new hobby, not painting.

I love going to Joann’s, but there is this one worker who I am always afraid to see. Her name is Michelle, and every time I go to Joann’s (which is weekly at least), I hope she is not working because she is very rude. Tonight, I had another bad experience with her. I was asking a question about a discount, and she was so dismissive and condescending when I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I wish she was kinder so my experience at Joann’s doesn’t have to be stressful and worrisome. I hope this message gets back to her.

They didn't have the packet of colored paper that I needed. However, I was able to buy single sheets.
Store employees are always very friendly.

Before coming to this location, I decide to get in content with customer service to make sure they had what i was looking for which was the glow forge rental, Which is stated on their website. Customer service confirmed that the machine was up for rent at two locations, Cherry hill and deptford. I then went inperson to the deptford location. And they said they had the machine for 2 years, and no one's ever setup the machine. Setup should only take a few moments to do 2 yrs is absurd. They wanted me to call cherryhill cause they should have it turns out cherryhill doesn't do ANY rental (although their site may state they do). After calling most of nj locations no location will honar their glowforge rentals that their website states they have available. Seems like all theses stores just don't want to be bothered by customers who would like to use their services, also that's a lot of money lost by holding these machines hostage. Why advertise if no location will honar the policy?!

There is no signs up to say cutting stop 15 minutes or half hour to closing I got there 10 min to closing and could not get my fabric cut at the one in cherry hill nj Ty 70
