After visiting several sneaker stores, I finally found what I was looking for at Journeys. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Jolly, who presented me with multiple sneaker options, as I was unsure of my size as a first-time Converse buyer. I was in and out of the store in under 15 minutes, thanks to Jolly's efficient assistance with the checkout process from my seat. This experience stood out from some of the other sneaker stores in the mall, as I was not pressured to purchase anything beyond my desired sneakers, and I left with a great impression and my desired footwear.

Really nice and professional people. I love journeys because it's always a great, pleasant experience when I walk in. I always recieve the best help with politeness and attentive care as a customer and as a customer I couldn't ask for anything more. I am completely satisfied with Journeys carried product and with the level of wonderful service provided. I strongly recommend a visit if you're looking to purchase shoes or backpacks, etc..
