This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my blood drawn. I walked in at 10:30 for my 10:45 appointment. I was taken back to check in at 10:45 and directed to a room to have my blood drawn. There were patients everywhere, and peaking in my room which made me extremely uncomfortable. The workers had a nasty attitude with everyone. I sat in this chair for 30 minutes waiting for my test to be done when I heard one of the workers scream, "YOU'RE NEXT IN THAT ROOM." To this, I responded that it was okay and know they were busy but needed to get back to work ASAP, where the worker then told me she was on lunch and is busy. When she finally came in the room and shut the curtain so people would stop walking in, I apologized and explained I needed to let my boss know when I would be back. The room was completely unsanitary and I considered leaving since I felt uncomfortable. I ended up staying since I needed my blood taken ASAP. When she was finished she used a strong adhesive tape that wrapped around my arm several times tightly. After about 2 hours, my arm was in such pain since my circulation was cut off, so I took off the tape and my arm proceeded to keep bleeding along with extreme irritation from whatever tape they used there (it ripped a part of my skin off). I am extremely uncomfortable and highly recommend going somewhere else.

I walked in for a pre-employment screening at 11 AM and was not seen until 12:30 PM, when they suddenly started rushing to get patients in before closing. When I tried speaking with someone at the front desk to ask how much longer it would be, since I needed to return to work, I was completely ignored by the woman checking people in, despite standing there for over five minutes.
When I finally entered the room for my screening, I could clearly see another patient’s PHI displayed on the screen. As someone who works in healthcare, I know this is unacceptable and a clear HIPAA violation.
To make matters worse, my ID was not returned to me, and after numerous failed attempts to contact someone to check if it was there, I had to go back in person. Once again, I was ignored by the front desk staff until I interjected, stating that I wasn’t there for an appointment but simply to retrieve my ID.
If you can avoid this place, I highly recommend doing so. The staff is rude and lacks professionalism.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. My best one so far: I waited a long time after my set appointment and the first phlebotomist did two sticks with lots of fishing for a vein before calling someone qualified over. Luckily my insurance covers Quest too so I know where I’ll be going in the future

The older woman who drew my blood was not only rude but also had the longest, most disgusting nails and hair. Not all the nails were long but the ones that were are sharp and her hair wasn’t tied back and kept draping over my lap. I also didn’t ever see her wash her hands or anything.

From looking at the reviews, I can definitely see why most of them were negative, but thankfully- my experience was actually swift and quick. I only had to wait like 10 mins for fingerprinting. The one thing I didn’t like was the lack of privacy and maybe disorganization? They told me to go to some room that some other guy was already in, and he had to take a drug test. They told me to wait in a chair right outside his door, which was… awkward. But other than that, it was fine. I went on a Wednesday morning, so maybe that helped.

Very disappointed in the service here. There was a lack of professionalism. The staff lost track of who came first, and it what order. 3 people who came after us,who were also walk ins, came and left before us. When we spoke up, was when my husband was finally seen. I will not be using this location again. Recommend the same to others.

Worst lab draw experience in my life.
The tech had zero bedside manner, placed the tourniquet so tight on my arm it immediately turned blue (which I understand it needs to be tight) she constantly remarked on my posture, how I help my arm, and asked me to stop breathing a certain way because it was "stopping my blood from flowing"
Now, having had my blood drawn many times I have never experienced such horrible service, the pain was unbearable, and now my arm at site of draw is extremely black and blue and painful to touch.
I am regretting my decision of going to this location.

I had no choice but go to lab corp today as my past experiences with the Century Parkway center is always horrible. The staff are abrupt and unprofessional.
Today I tried this center. After check in I sat for a few minutes. I noticed front desk person just not too welcoming for others. She was not mean, just her demeanor unwelcoming.
I was called by her and I nicely and quietly said, “smile at people, be friendly and welcoming, especially because people here may have something serious they are worried about.”
She was accepting my critique and smiled as was welcoming. I appreciated that.
