Tamika the lab tech at this location is amazing. I was concerned because my doctor told me not to fast for my type of blood work but in the check in it was asking me if I fasted. She put me at ease. Greeted me my name and made sure I was comfortable. I do not do well with needles and I explained my needs to her which were not to see the needle puncture my skin but to give me a play by play of everything she was doing. She was so sweet and didn’t make me feel silly. I was out and done in minutes.

I went for fingerprints and the woman who was supposed to do them (she had long orange hair) didn’t even know how. She couldn’t work the fingerprint device and was giving me a hard time about it and blaming me for it. She was nasty and rude to me for no reason except that I am not Asian. She was also very rough on me and hurt my fingers. The woman after me was Asian and she was super nice to her. She was even ignoring her supervisor and his instructions. The place was totally backed up because of her and it was closing time. She had 3 more people after me, who had been there before me. She should be terminated. Finally, the woman from the front desk did the fingerprints and there was no problem. She had a very pleasant personality, too. I just read the reviews on this Labcorp and they are really bad. I’ve been to 4 other Labcorp facilities and this is the worst one.

The facility is ok. It appears to be on the older side. The bathroom is not clean and had a broken lock. The staff some are very nice and some not so much, but dealing with the public is a tough job. The appointments are a must as the wait can be long.

I've been out of work for 6 months just recently back I have an outstanding balance with LabCorp of just over $200 they would not draw my blood for test that I need to continue treatment for the ongoing problems that I have because of the outstanding balance. I explained that I was just back to work and I'm going to pay my past due balance but they refused to draw the blood for my tests so that I cannot proceed with the treatment that I need and I do have insurance so the insurance is certainly paying them as well. Shame on you LabCorp.

Made an appointment online and checked in with the text message link. Was called in very fast and got my blood work done in 2 mins. They worked very efficiently. Suggest those who've had issues to do the same

They are not nice there! I hate this place! But my insurance won't let me go anywhere else to get blood work! They made me sign in digitally, and I don't know how

I have been coming to this Labcorp for years. I felt compelled to leave a review because the reviews are not good and historically speaking, rightfully so. I too have had those same negative experiences in the past, today however was different. Today I was met with a pleasant and speedy check in process and caring service. My 4 year old and I both needed blood drawn today. My four year old was terrified. They were so good with him! He didn’t even cry and the woman taking his blood was excellent and got him (and myself and I’m a hard stick!) on the first try. I was very impressed with todays visit and the good changes I saw from previous experiences. I feel that giving this site another try is definitely worth it if the location is convenient for you.

Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this facility. I would never go back to this place again. The front receptionist should probably look for another form of employment.

Self check in you have to place your license in a machine for it to scan. Then your name is on the list on the side of the TV in the lobby. After a few minutes wait they call you back and get you taken care of. Appointments were pretty easy to get and the location wasn't terrible.

Scheduled a finger printing appointment for 1130, I arrived around 1120 and was told the person who does the fingerprinting was on lunch and would be back in about 30 minutes. Why make an appointment if no one is there to take the appointment??? I'm writing this review while I wait in room 5 for the person to do my fingerprinting ? horrible sevice

ALL BAD REVIEWS. DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!I waited 30 minutes for a specimen DROP OFF where I simply had to walk to the back and put it in a basket, which I had to find on my own.The Philippino lady at the front desk could care less and has a bad attitude. They need to be retrained to be a little more understanding of people’s time and how to speak to people. Two people walked out in frustration and a gentleman’s lab order was cancelled by the staff causing an inconvenience to the patient to request it again from his doctor. Labcorp already has a bad reputation for being unorganized and a hot mess but this location does not care about patients or their time****In reply to the response from lab corp here. I did complete the survey and I do hope that all the Google reviews here are addressed with the staff. It’s not right.

This particular Labcorp site is the worst! Incredibly dirty to the point of seeming unsanitary. The check in process is stressful- check in staff is loud, rude and insensitive. I haven't been here for several years, and my visit today reminded me why that is. Phlebotomist was friendly, but was sniffling the whole time and grumbling about her personal life. Labcorp sites within Walgreens stores are far more pleasant and professional.

My mother just came back in so much pain and left her bloodwork appointment in tears after bleeding all over the facility floor. She was treated with nothing but disrespect and rudeness. Her tech/phlebotomist (we think her name was Genera?) is clearly going through something and it is effecting her "bedside manner" and how she treats patients. Looking at other reviews, this is not the first time. Something needs to be corrected with her employment if her ability to do her job does not improve when it comes to patients'' health and experience...
