I do not recommend this location to anybody. I just had to email the general manager waiting on a reply I never in my life endured this type of disrespect from any store in my life especially in front of my son. I was asked to leave the store since I had questions about not getting my refund back on sunglasses I purchased for my son. Someone called me from the store to say I could get my refund and I came all the way from Philadelphia and both managers in this store was very unprofessional and rude to me. Treated me like I was not a human and a customer.
I left the store without a return receipt, my questions answered and no glasses. I called the police department to file a complaint and the mall security and I was told to speak to the general manager and or/ regional manager to get this resolved. This is not how Len Crafters as a company want their customers being treated. I called the king of Prussia store and was told it was returned as a check but the system gives an option to return to my debit card, check or gift card. They did not want to give my money back to my debit card. I do not want to wait 30 days for a check.

Excellent experience at LensCrafters Cherry Hill Mall. Lonna & Christine were amazing, Knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure! I got one pair of glasses & two lense replacements in another frames. I would highly recommend them. Thank you ladies so much!

Good service, staff is very welcoming i came in wondering if they could fix my crooked nose piece on my glasses and a older gentleman fixed the problem in a minute without having me pay, he fixed my issue and cleaned my glasses afterwards. Very good service will be coming here again.

I can’t recommend Lens Crafters at 2000 NJ-38 Space 1146 in Cherry Hill Township, NJ. My experience was a complete letdown. I booked an appointment to get contacts and paid $175 upfront for a test and my first set. Right off the bat, I let the doctor know that I couldn’t see properly with the contacts and that my eyes were wobbling. Instead of addressing my concerns, he dismissed me by saying that my eyes would adjust, even though I asked if the lenses weren’t meant to fit my prescription.
After leaving with what I got, I discovered that my vision was actually better without the contacts, and I started suffering from headaches and pulsating eyes. When I called the office to get help, they simply told me to keep wearing them! Trying to get proper medical advice became even more frustrating when I struggled to talk directly to the doctor. The front desk staff were dismissive and downright rude, on multiple occasions, they claimed the doctor wasn’t available, leaving me to take advice from someone who wasn’t even properly trained for it.
To top it off, a week later I received a bill in the mail for services I wasn’t even satisfied with. When I called to sort this out, a particularly rude staff member hung up on me, and subsequent calls only yielded apologies framed as a mistake. It’s been three months now, and I still haven’t been able to resolve the issue or get proper contacts, even though I already paid.
While there was one Asian female doctor who handled my glasses prescription adequately, the lack of care and professionalism from everyone else leaves me with no choice but to give them an F. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else if you value your eyesight and your time.

I originally booked a LensCrafters appointment for May 27th at 5:50 p.m. (2000 Route 38, Cherry Hill, NJ), but it was canceled. I asked for a weekend slot and rescheduled with Chelsea for June 7th at 1:00 p.m., but had to postpone due to a missing referral. We later set a new date for June 21st.
On June 19th and 20th, Chelsea said the appointment had to be moved to a weekday due to voucher limitations. I requested evening or weekend options but was told only weekday slots between 10:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. were available—contrary to prior information.
When I raised concerns, I felt the tone was unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager but was told no one would be available until the week of June 30th. I mentioned that I felt she wouldn’t speak to me that way if we were face to face. The call ended with, “We’ve been on the phone for 10 minutes—you’re a client, not a customer.” I felt this treatment may have been influenced by my previous NJ Family Care coverage. I’ve filed a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and hope this review remains public.

Josette, Christian and Rich are the most amazing team. They are helpful from the moment you walk in and make the entire experience. The store is clean and well stocked and even though I don’t live close I plan to return just to get this exceptional service.

I had an amazing experience just want to say thank you to the entire Lens Crafters team. Thank you Sylvia for having Grace on me as I ran a little late and you guys accommodated me as I was catching a flight out and needed glasses before heading out for Mexico. You guys went far over and above for me and I will not buy my glasses from anywhere else. Thank you so much God bless you all!

I have had a pair of ray ban sunglasses that have had a stuck, stripped screw for literally 7 years because ray ban sent them that way and they have always fallen off my face. I have taken them to a half dozen glasses stores to get them fixed and no one has been able to help me. I finally brought them to lens crafters and explained the situation and they told me to come back in a few hours because they needed time to extract the screw and they are FINALLY fixed at no charge. Thank you for taking the time to offer an exceptional guest experience to me who was not even a prior customer. I assure you that you have made a customer for life lens crafters!
