Came in with my broken eyeglasses that I didn’t even bought there, and Christian fixed it with No Charge within two minutes! I’m so surprise. All the other employees were extremely nice too!

Visited the store to buy glasses for my 5 year old son. They had good collection of frame for children. Choosing the right one for a 5 year old is not easy. I highly appreciate their assistance and guidance in this matter.

Just went into LensCrafters today and met Christian, I went in today telling him that I can’t put my glasses back together because I lost a few screws and completely gave me new frames for free. Totally recommend 10 out of 10 service. Thank you so much.

My wife visited LensCrafters in Cherry Hill, seeking prescription lenses for a pair of sunglasses. Upon expressing interest in a specific brand, we were assisted by an employee named Lana. Unfortunately, the service provided by Lana was less than satisfactory. Despite inquiring about the lenses, which we were told would cost approximately $380, Lana did not offer any detailed explanation for the pricing nor did she attempt to explore alternative solutions with us. Her demeanor appeared irritated, and the interaction concluded with her merely printing out insurance coverage information, leaving us feeling unwelcome and somewhat discriminated against. This encounter underscores a pressing need for improvement in customer service training for the staff.In contrast, our subsequent experience at the Deptford location was exceptionally positive, thanks to the assistance of Mickayla and Daniel. Their professional and helpful service starkly contrasted our previous experience, ultimately leading us to purchase the glasses there. This disparity in customer service quality between locations is noteworthy and something that LensCrafters may want to address to ensure consistent positive customer experiences across their stores.

To the people working at this store - you probably remember an incident in 2018 where you called security on me because you thought I looked suspicious. This is what happened - I have a bad spinal injury. This started in 2018 and it took several months of doctor's visits and an MRI before I understood what was wrong with me. For years I had been doing manual labor, and in 2018 I did a stint at Cinnaminson Walmart. My job was CAP-2 (unloading trucks). The workplace was severly abusive and full of intimidation and bullying. It was very abusive. When hired I asked if I could work part time and the abusive manager lied to me. As a result I wound up overworking myself and disabled. My injury has caused me pain every day since 2018. I cannot drive, attend school, or work. It hurts bad. It's bad. I have terrible headaches and cognitive impairment because the nerves near my brain are pinched. The doctors don't know if it will heal. My disability is bad. It's bad. It has ruined my life. The reason you perceived me as suspicious is because the nerves near my brain were pinched. And it HURTS trust me. This is what happened. At the time of this incident I didn't know exactly what was wrong. This disability has upended my life. For a few years now I've suffered sciatica pain. And it's because I was preyed upon by an abuser at Walmart. I haven't gotten a dime in compensation for this abuse. To anyone reading this - I strongly advise against working at Walmart. There is rampant abuse there. I had plans to pursue a career and start a family that might never happen now. I worked at the Cinnaminson Walmart. that's where I was abused. I contacted OSHA and was told abuse is common at Walmart. My advice is to stay far away from Walmart. To the employees at this store - I'm not looking for any disagreement. This is an opportunity to learn about life. Please understand you might be annoyed too if people think you looked suspicious when you're not doing anything wrong. I'm just a humble retail worker like you. And yeah - my advice is to stay far away from Walmart. Horrible place to work.
