Worst lids store around
They need a whole new staff because the current “workers” don’t want to work. Nobody asked if I needed help and when I went to check out after shopping on my own, I had to wait until they were done showing each other other stuff on their phones before I could complete my purchase.

I came to shop here today 8/31/2025 very nice environment until I witnessed one of the young ladies slammed the door I figure for the back room and one of the associates I figure she was the manager because she helped me out at the end told her she wasn’t supposed to be at work today in a calm way but the young lady gave her an attitude and literally started going off on the sales floor at her even said how they think that black women have an attitude and she didn’t have an attitude at all… but you can clearly see she had an attitude… I purchased 2 hats because I did like the hats and got a custom after Cindy mentioned it… I think people like that shouldn’t be working for this type of business at all I really felt bad for her and how the other associate reacted.

Will not return . No One greeted me as I walled in to ask if I needed helped. In fact both employees The team in their conversation until busy talking about another employee who had called out sick and was walking around the mall and she was upset that she was covering his shift.
Was looking for some memorabilia for my brother who had died on Saturday that I could place in his casket for his funeral but no one tried to help me so I left and I went downstairs to the other fan store and bought some cowboys memorabilia.
They both looked at me but never once acknowledged me .I never shot where I'm not acknowledged.
Another man walks into the store she immediately says hi to him and starts talking to him because she knew him.

PLEASE READ THIS: This location is scamming customers. My husband bought me a jersey at this lids location that was too big. When we went to exchange it...they didn't have my size so they gave me a gift card because the initial purchase was with a gift card. When I returned to use my gift card the balance was 0. Neither lids or this location is taking responsibility even with the evidence we've provided.

They must have better customer service, the person who was in charge yesterday has no education at all and when I go to pay I tell him, give me a bag and I don't have it, I had to take the items in my hand, I was embarrassed and embarrassed to see one young person with no desire for work
