PLEASE READ THIS: This location is scamming customers. My husband bought me a jersey at this lids location that was too big. When we went to exchange it...they didn't have my size so they gave me a gift card because the initial purchase was with a gift card. When I returned to use my gift card the balance was 0. Neither lids or this location is taking responsibility even with the evidence we've provided.

They must have better customer service, the person who was in charge yesterday has no education at all and when I go to pay I tell him, give me a bag and I don't have it, I had to take the items in my hand, I was embarrassed and embarrassed to see one young person with no desire for work

So I was just shopping around and looking at hats that were relatively cheaper and I saw this nice Nike hat for $22. I went to checkout and the guy said that it was $28. When he gave it back to me he had scratched off the part of the barcode that had the price on it. NEVER SHOPP8NG THERE AGAIN!

Worst customer service. My fiancée and I drove 2 hours to the Cherry Hill Mall looking for Jersey Shirts for the super bowl on Sunday, we entered the Lids store and ask if they were any Jersey’s available for the 49ers. The sales associate response was rude and arrogant! How do you tell a customer It’s in front of your face and that’s all we have! I will never shop there again. What ever happen to having friendly helpful associates that are always willing to help. Company’s really need to look into who they hire today because of people like him a lot of companies go out of business!!
