This was my very first time experiencing Lush! I had the most amazing experience! The sales people know the products very well 😊 A saleswoman, Alyssa helped me personally and she was phenomenal! She also uses their products too so she was a trusted source 😊 the store was super clean and smelled amazing, of course! I can’t wait to try all of these products 🥰

I love Lush products and have been using them for many years. So there’s that. However, I’m pretty sure I was profiled today in the store for the first time in a long time by a heavy-set brunette in sweats with a mid-length frizzy ponytail.Stood behind me so awkwardly I turned around to ask was I in her way or something. Upon checking out she was unpleasantly surprised that she had been tasked (another cashier was ringing me up and there was a line) with making my samples….

I’ve shopped at Lush stores all over and never experienced such rude attitude from employees like I did at the Cherry Hill location. I always say how especially friendly staff is at Lush stores. Spent a good 30 minutes here and witnessed all three girls ignoring customers walking, as they were busy in their huddle, chit-chatting. Made me feel like a nuisance when I finally approached them to ask a question. I also didn’t appreciate being stared at while I looked and smelled the products to myself. Very strange behavior. I will be going out of my way to the Quaker Bridge location instead, they are wonderful there.
