I would have given 5 stars but they were supposed to sell me powder and raisin blush and I have concealer, liner that I cannot use without the powder and or foundation and raisin blush. I have a funeral to attend tomorrow and I am upset other than that the workers made me feel like family

Outstanding Experience with Mariah at MAC Cherry Hill Mall!
I had an incredible experience at the MAC store in the Cherry Hill Mall on October 12, 2025, at 3 PM. My makeup artist, Mariah, went above and beyond to give me a glamorous look that completely blew me away! She paid special attention to every detail, listened to what I wanted, and delivered a look so stunning that people barely recognized me — I was the hit of my friend’s wedding!
Mariah’s artistry, professionalism, and kindness made the whole experience unforgettable. I’d love to know exactly which products she used because I definitely want to recreate that magic in the future.

I recieved Outstanding Service from Manager Raymond.
I want to preface by saying I was visiting just before closing and he had an abundant amount of patience and upbeat vibe.
I recently visited the MAC Cosmetics store in Cherry Hill, NJ, and had an absolutely incredible experience thanks to manager, Raymond. From the moment I walked in, his professionalism and genuine care for me as a customer was evident.
Raymond went above and beyond to help me find the perfect products for my skin tone and preferences. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and provided expert recommendations without ever making me feel rushed. His knowledge of MAC's product line is impressive, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
What really stood out was how attentive and personable he was throughout my visit. Raymond made sure I was completely satisfied with my selections and even offered helpful application tips. His passion for helping customers look and feel their best truly shines through in everything he does.
The store itself is well-maintained and beautifully organized, which I'm sure is a reflection of Raymond's excellent management. It's rare to find this level of dedication and customer service these days, and it made my shopping experience truly memorable.
I'll definitely be returning to this location, and I highly recommend asking for Raymond if you want exceptional service and expert beauty advice. Thank you for making my visit so memorable. 💞💓

I can’t stress enough how amazing my experience was at the MAC of the Cherry Hill Mall. The people who work there are both experts at what they do and some of most awesome (not to mention funny) humans that I’ve encountered. I had a last minute gala to attend and was trying to get in to have my make up done. They were completely booked but they made it work and got me in. Not only did they get me in, but they absolutely nailed the make up. I had people complimenting me all night. 1000% recommend going here for getting your make up done, the products, the advice, or just a good time!

My experience at MAC was amazing. I have green eyes so it can be hard for me to find the right eyeshadow. The moment I walked up, I felt like I was right at home with my besties. The employees all gave honest feedback on the colors and helped me find the BEST shades. I finally have the right shades. They did so well with that, I figured I’d get a lipstick too. I’ve never found the right nude shade for my skin tone. Now I can’t say that. I walked out with the best color. It took a few tries and they were patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed. It was honestly fun :) I can’t wait to go back!

Myself, my sister and sister in-law, recently had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible service provided by Ray, Jenn, and Sahoron, and I am absolutely compelled to share my story.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Ray's expertise, Jenn's attention to detail, and Sahoron's unwavering patience were beyond anything I have ever encountered. They worked together seamlessly, creating an atmosphere of care and dedication that made me feel truly special.
Their service was so exceptional that I immediately knew I had to share this experience with my family. I am already planning to bring my niece from Sweden to experience the same outstanding service. I have no doubt she will be just as amazed as I was.

This MAC location and MAC products are awesome. Every time I have come here, whether it be a makeup application or just purchasing makeup, it's always a fun experiene. The staff is so friendly, talented, knowledgeable, and generous with their tips and tricks. I took a break from the brand but just came back to it recently. Jen and Ray (if I remember correctly) got me set up with new products. They picked out great colors, listened to the look I was going for, and made it so much easier and quicker than the videos I saw. Thank you!

Lately, the customer service that I've received at this store has been lacking. I've been wearing Mac products for almost 25 years and I've never been treated so poorly at a store. My grandson and I were having a beautiful afternoon shopping in the mall. As soon as I walked into this store, an employee asked, "Who are you coming to tell off?" At first, I had no idea that she was talking to me. I couldn't believe it when I realized that she was. When I asked for Sean,(I've known him from the store for years) her whole tune changed. How do you greet customers like this? She needs to work in the back stocking the shelves because her customer service skills are not it. I've never seen her in the store before so she must be new. For the last few years, I've been mostly ordering online because of the service at this store. Last time that I came in and purchased lashes, the guy cut them too short when applied he them. There was a big space in the corner and they were pointy looking. They looked ridiculous so I had to throw them away. Not only that, they were coming off after an hour. If they keep this up, pretty soon this store will be empty. Especially when you can order the same products from the comfort of your home.

The most amazing experience ever! I listen to my wife in general conversation, to interpret good gift ideas. While doing so I learned her mac makeup was running low. So I stumbled into the store, and fell into a unknown world filled with color and vibrance. I was Greeted by my rescuer, an angel, my tour guide; Jen.
She alluded to the fact that they had an entire back set up and could host a private session. I jumped at the opportunity and ran with the idea.
Jen saw to it that we were greeted with a loving embrace, all the while performing a beautiful make over. I could not have asked for better.
Ray and nish joined in on the fun, and also made us feel special. A wonderful store, filled with wonderful staff!

I had a terrific experience at the Cherry Hill NJ MAC Store. Raymond Robinson did a perfect makeup job for a wedding I was attending that evening. He gave me a natural look that was very complementary. He was a delight! I received compliments all night long. Makeup was done at 3 pm, the wedding reception ended at 1 am and my makeup still looked FRESH! Thank you Raymond!

I had to run into MAC cosmetics today for a few items and I was blessed to meet Raymond...he is an absolute sweetheart! I told him about a photoshoot that I would be doing this week; he listened to my concerns and made a few suggestions on products to pull my entire look together. I love Jen and Raymond the.y are both really good with make up, creativity and a VIBE. Sometimes I'll just stop to see if they are there and say heyy a couple laughs and im out. Their customer service is top tier. I love their service. It keeps me coming back. I've followed Jen thats my girl. They ROCK
