No option for zero stars. Not one department answers a phone at this store. Two weeks ago I had to refuse delivery of mattresses because they were the wrong size. The salesman PROMISED he would correct this and have the account corrected. Four phone calls later to some customer service center and this still isn’t fixed.

Staff on Level 2 at 4pm on February 15th were rude and offensive. My pregnant wife was trying to try on dresses and her dressing room wouldnt lock. She asked me to stand outside to ensure no one would burst in on her. No where did it say men were not allowed in this corridor. I looked because the last thing I want to do is offend someone. After 10 minutes of me standing there an employee tells me I can wait outside. I explained why I was standing there and she smiled with a nod. Maybe this was a language barrier? Another few minutes go by and a second employee (assuming the manager) comes up saying I am making people uncomfortable and treating me like a creep. Meanwhile men are literally walking out of the same dressing rooms I am standing outside of but the employee says nothing to them.
As I feel super embarassed at this point and uncomfortable I of course comply. I don't want to escalate thr zituation. After stating the above statements about other men being in there but not an issue. The second employee who I am assuming is a manager just said "they aren't supposed to be in here."
Why isn't it posted that this is a females only area? Why was I the only male singled out?
A simple sign would have prevented this. An appropriate approach by your staff again could have prevented the embarrassment I felt.
My next stop was to get a new suit jacket but after being treated like a creep I just wanted to leave.
Do better.

Staff rude and not helpful. Especially when making return. When I made a purchase in luggage department the lady assisting me was nice and all but perhaps she could keep the chatter to a minimum. I was just wanting to purchase my luggage and go. She was taking so long to ring me up because she would stop while chatting.

I've never had an experience like this in any Macys before. I'll start out by saying the only reason I'm using this description in this review is that I'm hoping that her manager will know who she is. I was shopping in the jewelry section in mid-October. I dont know if I was being profiled by her, because I was wearing what could be considered a hoodie and limping due to a knee injury. I had already picked out several pieces of jewelry to buy. A tall, African American (again, I am only using this in the description hoping that her manager will know who she is) lady came up behind me asking if I needed help. I thanked her and told her no. I continued to shop and she followed me around. Finally, it got so uncomfortable, that I put down what I was going to buy and decided not to buy the more expensive jewelry as well. Just because someone isn't dressed the way you feel they should be or look the way you feel they should look, doesn't mean they're stealing. While she was following me around, I'm willing to bet that there were others, well-dressed, pocketing things and she missed it due to her biases. BTW, you lost an over $800 sale that day.

I finally came to Macy’s to get some shopping done for Christmas. I haven’t been inside the mall in a little bit, but I Never remember being bombarded so much by the perfume people. Jeez Louise let me shop in peace. If I need help I will ask you. perfume and cologne prices are already outrageous. At least let me smell them in peace and I will come to you I need some Assistance. I have one lady literally follow me around. I know it’s their job, but it’s getting a little too much like I said if I need help I will ask.

Me and my buddy got lost in here and couldn’t find our way out into the rest of the mall. Decent mattress section, did enjoy lounging greatly. Smelled of old people and elderberries. Solid experience minus the fact i thought i was going to die in there

I bought a Seiko watch for my wife's birthday the month prior and when we came back in to get the band adjusted (I was told is free hence coming) and the lady did was not as all interested in helping. Sajia, told us she could not look up the order with a phone number or do any adjustments until we had the paper receipt. Well I just happened to remember I had put the receipt into my wallet thankfully and once I pulled it out she did not even take it to review the receipt. So in other words just did not want to help. I will say that the other times Ive visited the experience was great with other sales associates
