We have been utilizing MAK Digital Design for years now. One of the biggest positives of working with MAK is their ability to translate design and implementation concepts into development. It is all too often when working with other vendors that items you discuss and design initially do not make it into the final product or function/look as expected. That has never been the case with MAK. They also bring an incredible amount of experience to your project and provide extremely valuable guidance on what other merchants have implemented as a solution or the direction the industry as a whole is steering. We had a great experience with MakDigitalDesign. We were looking for someone to upgrade our Big Commerce website after we have lost our prior web developer. We needed to upgrade our BC theme to Node 18. Also, we wanted to upgrade our menus and search functions and perform overall website maintenance and have a design facelift. We worked with Maria and her team, and they were fantastic. For once, I had a feeling we were speaking the same language with our web designer. Both written communication and phone calls were short and clear. Things were done quickly and as expected. Maria suggested several improvements and best practices that we were not aware of and guided us through the process. We liked the use of project management tool they use (Basecamp) where all the communication, designs, images etc. are kept in one place. We will definitely use MakDigitalDesign in future for our website maintenance, upgrades and future web development. We would very much recommend them.

Can't say enough great things about MAK Digital, Mary and her team. They do incredible work, deliver on time, and have great customer service. Mary and her team re-designed out website and updated on product pictures. The results were amazing. We were delivered a beautiful new website that was fast. We used MakDigitalDesign to migrate our Volusion webstore to BigCommerce. Mary and the entire team at MAK are EXPERTS at what they do: exceptional custom BigCommerce webstore development, SEO, web-design and more. Their excellent work is paired with AMAZING customer service: they're always just a quick call away which makes it really easy to communicate any changes that you'd like to have made. They also take the time to discuss all aspects of your project and give great feedback and recommendations to help enhance your webstore. They're e-commerce experts, so they know what you need to do to maximize conversions and drive more traffic to your site. In our case the team at MAK made a fully customized theme for our store, developed a custom filtering system for a better product browsing experience, and optimized our SEO (which was quite complicated as they took a unique approach with our urls). They implemented a variety of apps: ShopperApproved, ShipperHQ, Metafields Manager, Searchenise, and Cloudinary (for faster page load speeds) and they also added a Google Maps autofill feature on our check out page and on our cart page, which was a huge plus for me! We'll be using MakDigitalDesign on an ongoing basis and look forward to our ongoing collaboration. I'd give them 10/5 stars if I could, Super Highly Recommended!

Do not use this company. They charged me a lot of money for the website research, SEO for the website, and 3-month service and assure me that they will give amazing results then they said that it is better to change the domain name because it will not work well. They kept charging me without notifying me. It was a very serious mistake on their part and in fact, they had to redo everything or return the money, however, when you start complaining and show them their mistakes they do not agree with anything start ignoring you, and charging you even for the phone calls, even if it is not in the contract. Once again do not use this company, they charged me a lot of money and did not deliver the results they promised.
