My experience at this cherry hill location was everything. As soon as I enter the building Matt greeted me with the upmost respect and warm felt smile and got right to it and go my truck in the back and never told me any lies about what needed to be done to my truck. He was very professional and very respectful and I ask that yawll keep Matt on yawll employment team he is great. Also all of the staff at this location get Ms the job done and very well mannered. Keep u the good work fellas.

Went in just for the Tire Rotation and the front desk lady and mechanics is nice. She told me it's gonna take a while but it was actually pretty quick and reasonable time, given the fact that they look actually pretty busy. Thank you for service guys and I appreciate the friendly environment!

We were experiencing a horrendous loud noise on the last leg home of a long road trip. The sound subsided but we needed to be sure all was good. Pulled into this Midas to get it checked out. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to check out the car right away. They test drove it and took the tires off and checked it out fully. And gave us peace of mind that nothing was wrong. They couldn’t have been over and they didn’t even charge us. I highly recommend this Midas. Great people working there.

I recently purchased a set of 4 new tires and road hazard warranties for all 4 tires from the Midas In Coral Springs, FL. I have since moved (6 months ago) to NJ thinking my warranty was transferable and it apparently was not. John at the cherry hill store went out of his way to take care of a screw that was in my tire without any charge to me. I genuinely appreciate the customer service and I’ll certainly be back for my oil changes and other vehicle needs!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for about a year and never had an issue. I went to get a tire changed. They didn’t have it but ordered it and said to come back later. I was working and couldn’t make it that same day. I call my father and he said we can find one for a cheaper price on Saturday after going to the dealer to purchase the car since the lease expired. I assumed since at Midas they didn’t work on my car that the flat tire with the Rim would be in the truck where I had it. To my surprise on Saturday it wasn’t. No one communicated with me that they didn’t at least give the Rim back. I call Saturday at 4:30pm when google says it’s open till 5:00pm no one answered after I called TEN TIMES. I come on Monday asking for my rim back because I found my tire at a cheaper price somewhere else. Stacy and Mark ( employees) begin to yell at me and talk to me in a condescending way. I never signed anything or gave any money. I’m no car expert and I know almost nothing about cars. They wanted to charge me for the tire and labor even though I changed my mind. They accuse me of trying to be slick and not pay which is not true. No work was done on my actual car so obviously I’m not going to pay anything. I felt THREATENED to pay for the labor which was about $40. Which I still paid. My wife and I are expecting a baby soon and the last thing I want is unnecessary problems. Today I can say they LOST a loyal customer. Basically if anyone decides to change their mind they will yell at you cause at the end of the day you’re just a number to them.

Hello, the tire lug nuts of my car are worn out, so the normal tire shop was not able to open the encrypted lug nuts, I want to bring them to you, can you open them? My car is Aodi q7 2017 model, please, I am waiting for your answer, thank you in advance.

Been a loyal customer of this place for years. Brought over several cars to this establishment never had an issue. This last time I went they must had not tighten my oil pan plug. Causing my car to make a weird noise and shut off on me lucky I am next door to mechanic shop. They took a look at my vehicle, even tho it was after hours and he was going to closed. Show me the issue and told me to record it for the shop to see the following day. So now my simple oil changed that usually cost 40 bucks get or take, cost me an 80 bucks for the mechanic to look for the issue and new oil and new oil pan plug. I proceeded to call Midas the following morning and the representative that spoke to me made me feel unappreciative and a liar. On top of that they made it seem like it was my fault that I should’ve double check the work of their worker if I knew how to do an oil change why would I go and pay someone to do it if I have to doublecheck what they are pay to do didn’t know as customer that was part of my description.The representative told me that I shouldn’t had gotten anyone else to work on the work. I should’ve waited until the morning and got in contact with some to get my car towed to get my car to them so they can check it. The offer to give a coupon of a free oil change. I will not be going back and will take my business somewhere else. Which I am aware anyone can make a mistake, but it was more of how I was treated over the phone that was OK for me.
