I was very pleased with the level of service and specially how the store manager Kevin treated me and handled my issue. I had been to 3 different brake shops for my problem and only given the run around but Kevin was informed and honest and solved my problem for fraction of what the other guys were asking
He made a permanent customer out of me. Thank you Kevin

The folks at this Mavis went above and beyond s beyond for me. That I just needed a patch but tire was done and really needed a new tire by tomorrow. They sent a manager to another store to get it. Amazing customer service! Thank you all so much

Tire had a slow leak. I was a walk in but came up in rotation quickly. One n done n out the door. Gentleman was cool and my experience was pleasant.

Don’t look elsewhere and check this location out. Moved and new to Jersey. If you want honest consultation, this is a one stop shop.
I walked in to get an oil change, but there were issues w/ my rotors heavily distressed.
Kevin the manager, hospitable and honest ROCKSTAR came to rescue. Not only was everything smoothly resolved, he worked w/ me on the finances and was very honest. Also for changing my license plate on the house.
Thanks guys, you guys are appreciated.

They TOTALED !!! My Car Had It & Worked on It for Almost 3 weeks gave it back with the same issues but WORSE I had to get services involved they deemed my car as a total LOSS !

I made an appointment only to get there and the guy tells me he needs to order the piece that I need and now I need to wait another hour for it to come. I specifically told the guy over the phone what I needed over the phone and yet my piece wasn’t ordered. This is ass backwards business. I asked him why would you wait for me to come in, to order the piece and the guy tells me this is just how it is which I find hard to believe. Lazy and negligent, i swear the quality of the people there just gets worst and worst.over the years

I've been a customer for 25 years. All my cars go through Monro for their upkeep. The current management is professional and are flexible with repair options to keep my costs down. I look forward to many more years of service at this location.
