The services are overpriced. For hair color alone be prepared to spend between $400 to $600. If you are getting tape in extensions be prepared to spend more than $2,000 and for fusion extensions $4k-$5k. Their overall job is not great, not bad but not amazing either. blow dry is $85-$90”5 and is not good at all, your hair looks dry and frizzy at the end. you would think after paying so much money you would leave the salon feeling beautiful and fabulous but that’s not the case, at least that was not my case. I was disappointed and felt terrible on my way home thinking about all the money I spent for nothing because I didn't like the result and ended up putting my hair up in a pony tail. The service is okay but be ready to spend 5+ hours there, the shampoo lady Ruthy can be a little rude at times, also if you book the owner Wanda (which by the way she is very nice and friendly) but sometimes she double and triple books appointments and you end up sitting there for hours, waiting for her to finish with other clients. On top of that after being there for more than 6 hours you are tired and just want to pay and go home but no, you now have to let them take pictures of you which they later post on facebook without your consent or any discount. You would think if someone is going to use your face and image for marketing purposes you should at least receive a small discount and heads up but they don’t, you pay full price and also must be willing to stay to take pictures at the end and be on facebook too. I have never left a review before and I truly dont like criticizing but I see this more as constructive feedback and I know this will help them improve services. Thanks for reading.

I don’t even know where to begin, everyone here is amazing and so sweet. First of all, Kristin always does amazing on my hair, and every single time I leave her chair I am in shock, she always does great and I am so thankful for her!! Also, all of the employees are welcoming and generous. I completely recommend going to this salon!!! 💕

Overall, my experience at the salon was extremely disappointing. Despite my initial positive experience with Wanda, my second appointment was a disaster. The extensions that were applied were not only placed incorrectly, but they also caused my hair to come out. This not only caused physical discomfort, but it also had a negative impact on my self-confidence. It's unfortunate that what could have been a great experience turned into a negative one. Additionally, when I returned to have the extensions removed, I was unfairly charged and even blamed for the damage for wearing a hat. It's disappointing that the salon did not take responsibility for their mistake and instead tried to shift the blame onto me. And had the nerve to charge me $115. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this salon in the future.
It was never explained to me that I was going to be charged $20 each. and a blowout fee. Also, I don’t sweat when I run In 30° temperatures and the hat doesn’t stay in the same spot. I consultant with another hairdresser at a different salon, and there should be no problem with wearing a hat. I also had to have the newly replaced tape ins because they were replaced incorrectly again.
My hair was ripping out and I have two bald spots now. Of course, I was panicking and Asked for a same-day appointment. Wouldn’t you if you were at risk of losing more hair and having a bigger bald spot?

This salon is the real deal! Wanda has been cutting my hair for years and I feel like a new woman every time I get out of her chair I swear she has “growing hands” the whole experience from the time I am greeted at the door until the time I leave is nothing short of top Knotch treatment every single time! I truly love it there!

My girls prom night suppose to be a special event to get their hair done. Just to do curls in their hair i was charge up front $75.00 then when 125.00 just for curls for one child mind you i had two ridiculous pricing. I have proof of notices their appointment was at 2:30 once they arrived with my husband. The receptionist was very rude. I mean for all the money that I’m paying just to have curls you would think they would treat royalty. Not only Did the receptionist considered that my girls were lying who they were they also came up with a lie sating their apartment was at 3:00pm. The one girl that did my Daughters hair Complain the whole entire time how long her hair was when I advised them in advance that Lower back and it is poker face straight that’s why I didn’t give any tips. The amount of money that’s being charged please hire people that are And willing to help out. Worst experience ever.

It's okay! The results were beautiful, and I got an amazing hair scrub, but customer service was kinda lacking. Aesthetics are great, but wasn't offered water/coffee/tea, nothing, and sat at the wash bowl for about 20-25 minutes because only one person is doing washes, and stylists do not really jump in and just wash out their own customers. So that was kinda weird! I liked my stylist and would book w her again, but it's a simple salon and doesn't really go above.
