This is a quality organization.Great service. The knowledge of people here is excellent . The same people work here , not new hires every other month. The parts are the best. I have repaired both of and new cars with their parts.

Do not go to this location, I tried to get a job here and The manager Mike was extremely unprofessional. He sent me an offer letter which I accepted, but they messed up my name on my legal documents and he said he would fix it. He did not fix it and instead gave the job to someone else, leaving me in the dark. I repeat Mike is very unprofessional do not go to his store.

Rude as hell. Go to the Napa on Church Rd, they have awesome customer service and have a shop on sight if you need any work done on your vehicle!

My experience with this particular location has been hit or miss. As in all service industries it boils down to the customer service provided. Some service techs go above and beyond while others just do the minimum required.

Just so that everyone knows, Napa Soto parts stores are not your typical auto part store, so you won't be going leisurely up and down aisles of wonderful enticing item, Napa is basically a counter where you mostly go pick up and order you placed online, yes, you can walk in and ask for what you need, they'll look it up and if you're in luck it's a happy forever story. The five star review is basically for the service they provide but it also depends on your due diligence.

Online ordering is a waste of time.1.) The store employees can't look up any order from the online system2.) They "failed" to deliver my package, on the same day that Fedex/Amazon and USPS were successfully able to without any issues3.) The store rep basically didn't want to do anything and I had to force him to cancel the order.Insanity.

I called day before about oc2 he give me price and next day I drove about 40 minutes when I arrived he give high price bad experience no good customer service

All things went well and the people were pleasant. Thank you!There was one negative...I couldn't find the building because there's no sign and the door is somewhat hidden by vehicles. That's not sarcasm, just an observation.

As soon as i walked in the associate was not friendly. I walked in with a trans slip yoke and universal joint caps for size, explained that needed a universal joint with two different cap sizes for a custom car and he shook his head and was arrogant like it was a burden. He needed a base vehicle to start the look up, so I gave him a vehicle application for the driveshaft, he then tried to give me the universal joint for that vehicle and told me I cant get a universal joint with two different cap sizes, first time at this napa but never had an issue from napa before for a parts need like this.

Not very friendly, however, wasn't looking to make friends. Asked for Wix filters and got Napa filters. Not the cheapest either. Go on payday.
