The store is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The staff are engaging and helpful. The shoes are comfortable and fairly priced. It was a very positive experience. Thank you.

Shirley was such a delight! Right away she was able to direct me to the shoes I was asking about and gave me a bunch of different recommendations for other shoes that might fit my needs as well. She gave me detailed run-downs on what shoes are best for what purposes which was very helpful. She sounded very knowledgeable on the products which made me believe her information was reliable. Overall, I had such a pleasant experience here! I never knew this specific New Balance store existed until today but now if I ever need another pair of shoes, I know exactly where to go!

Small store - great service but somewhat laid back. They had the music turned up LOUD to the point of discomfort. They graciously dialed it down by request. First experience at a N.B. store in 10+ years. Pleased and generally satisfied but not wowed like others in earlier glowing reviews. Joseph is helpful and I appreciate it. Got an impressive pair but stopped wearing them after a day due to discomfort that didn't show up in the store. Not sure what to do next since policy states no returns for worn shoes. I usually try mail-order shoes at home and wear them inside first, and then return them (also by mail) if they don't work - no outside contact. Will probably go back to doing that in the future.

Best shoe shopping experience in a long while. Got the 990v6 made in USA. They measure your feet and there’s no pressure. I love my shoes!

As far as clothes are concerned, they have a few different athletic suits available. I love New Balance sneakers. It's a relatively small store. However, you can order from New Balance online and have your items shipped there for free to pick up. It usually only takes less than a day to get there. The salespeople are always very nice and personable when I go there. I heard that they have a corporate not very far from there. I like coming here.

On Sunday I drove 55 miles to the Cherry Hill store to exchange sneaks. Fortunately, I attained the services of Joe. He measured my feet and then proceeded to fit me with better sneakers for I am a difficult fit it seems. He was patient professional and so helpful. He did not rush me or give me the bum rush. After trying many sneaks I got two better fitting sneaks. I can only say how grateful I am to him he was just terrific. It was well worth the drive.

Today, I had the good fortune of goi ng to Cherry Hill New Balance store where I received wonderful customer service from Blake. He spent time; gave excellent recommendations helping me find shoes that fit after protracted heel reconstruction. He was kind, patient, knows his products. New Balance is fortunate to have a sales person of his caliber.

New Balance of Cherry Hill was the most satisfying consumer purchase I’ve made in years. I have spent a lot of money on a lot of sneakers, only to be disappointed. Not anymore. The store and staff here are impeccable. You do not receive this kind of customer service very often, anywhere. The sales woman who waited on me could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I explained why I was there and what I was looking for. She listened, responded in an interested manner, and acted accordingly. We used the 3D Foot Scanner right there in the store (no charge) and immediately I had a clear picture of my problem-pronation. Easy. She measured my feet and we discussed some options. She brought out a few pairs for me to try on. Now here’s the best part- she literally knelt down and proceeded to deftly put the new sneakers on for me, working the laces and everything just right for me to try out (not since I was a kid in the 80’s has anyone even volunteered to measure my feet). Now this blew my mind! I did not feel worthy, ha!! Much appreciated. It’s all about the experience here and helping the customer make a happy and informed decision. And mind you, this entire process was quickly performed. I wasn’t there very long.
So, all that to say, I love my new 860s and recommend this place to anyone who has questions and is in need of a more quality sneaker.
