The staff is very friendly, and the store is very clean
The selection is large, and there is usually something for everyone as long as you’re willing to spend some time in there and willing to have a big budget to spend on clothes and shoes

Staff member was incredibly rude and borderline racist. My boyfriend and I had just purchased a cologne (the woman checking us out was very friendly). We continued to walk around, I picked up a self tanner, and continued looking around the store. An older woman approached me and asked if I was ready to check out, I told her thank you, but that I was still looking around. Moments later she approached me AGAIN asking to check me out. I said Ma’am I’m still looking around the store is that okay with you?? She could tell I was annoyed and backed off. She continued to follow me around the store and would not take her eyes off of me. I felt so uncomfortable I ended up putting the self tanner back, of course she followed me and mumbled something under her breath when she saw us leaving. Next time, don’t follow me around the store and maybe I’ll buy from you!! Got my loving tan at target instead

I was in such a time crunch. I came in and knew exactly what I wanted from the makeup area. Airen looked through every draw multiple times until she found what I needed. I’m grateful for her assistance.

On the verge of an Asthma attack the moment I walked in the door! The "scent" sprayers are on overdrive. Made a hurried exit!
I will never understand why some companies overdo it with the perfume and cologne, some people CAN NOT BREATHE.
I will NEVER be able to shop in these stores.

Girls at Nordstrom had an attitude. Asked the girl for a size and she told me to just try the one on the displace even though I told her I would like to have both shoes. Lazy.. the other girl rolled her eyes when I asked nicely for her to look for my size. She did help but everytime I asked she seemed bothered and rolled her eyes. She then told me that if I didn’t buy through her at the store she wouldn’t earn credit. She tried to make me feel bad so that she got credit for my purchase even though she didn’t even deserve the credit with the attitude she had. Why work in retail if you don’t like your job? Also don’t make people feel bad for not ordering through you just because you want to make some commission.

Great place to shop, only problem is they don't carry regular mens shorts! They are all short shorts! We found 1 pair of shorts that were long enough so we bought them. But be warned, shorty shorts are back for men. Yuk!

Yesterday's extremely frustrating shopping trip was definitely made a lot worse by one of your condescending, ill-mannered shoe salespeople. She made me cry, was not helpful in the slightest, and pressured me twice to buy shoes i did not like, making snide remarks when I decided to leave. Do better.

Although known for high-quality designer brands, I find great bargains on the clearance racks, often at half the price. Robert Graham, Barrakat, Northface, they are all there . Update June 2024: It's still excellent
