Beautiful store, but like a large boutique. Not many varied price points like online Nordstrom or NYC flagship store. Always a pleasant atmosphere. I went to pick up an online purchase and try out perfumes. Staff doesn’t hover, but give great service when needed.

Went to the lingerie department today to pick up some items. The little girl working in that department is so aggressive and unpleasant. She has zero people skills and is better suited for stocking shelves in the back where she won’t interact with others. She completely ruined my shopping experience today. Thankfully another employee in the ladies clothes was very welcoming and pleasant. There was no way I was giving my sale to that girl. Y’all need to train your employees to fake it til they make it to break.

My husband and I came to this Nordstrom to look for a stroller and car seat. This process was extremely daunting but Aasiyah helped us and was absolutely AMAZING!!! The first time we came in she spent a couple hours showing us every option and didn’t make us feel rushed. She demonstrated functions then encouraged us to try everything, she went above and beyond. We left with 2 options to think about. Because of the amazing customer service from Aasiyah, when we were ready to purchase we came back to Nordstrom Cherry Hill instead of ordering from an online retailer - that girl deserves the commission! I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this Nordstrom. THANK YOU AASIYAH! <3

I would like to express how wonderful MO in the wonens shoe department is. My husband left his phone in the chair.Hours later I contacted MO my salesperson he had his phone for us and was so pleasant. Thank you so much MO and Nordstom for your outstanding customer service

If you order for pickup here, don't expect to get any information, from anyone. It was a guaranteed pickup of today. No one seems to know WHEN that is though. I drove an hour to get here and was told that the order wasn't ready. No time frame, and now I can't cancel the order, and there's no one in the shoe department that can help me get the shoes that I ordered for pickup. Macy's, Nordstrom, JCPenney, sears. They're all the same. You only go if you're desperate and you'll still be treated poorly. Their online chat was no help either.**Update** after receiving my pickup from the desk on the 2nd floor, I checked the item and for all the time it took, the boots were strewn in the box without the tissue wrapping, had obviously been tried on, and were scuffed near the toe. These are being wrapped as a placeholder now and returned immediately after Christmas so I can buy from the company itself. EVEN IN A PINCH do not shop here and if you do, take advantage of their return policy and give the real companies the money, not the outdated middlemen.
