Horrible customer service today 4/18th I came to the cherry hill mall PacSun to look for an outfit for my birthday and these two woman couldn’t care at all to help. Then I get back in line to get a pair of essentials outfit but I walked out because they just kept looking at me it was really uncomfortable I’ve never had this problem with the African American staff. Then I asked to try on the pair of pants just because I don’t know how much my waist is so I’m used to try everything on before I purchase and that wasn’t even an option. I will not be buying if I see them.

They allow scammers to sell counterfeit luxury clothes out front of their store, some being pacsun products like essentials. The staff pays no mind to the customers and I regularly see people steal. All around bad experience.

This place is always such a disappointment. Went in once and spent 400+. Multiple jeans and tops. But they wouldn’t give me the free tote bag because my one jean was on sale. After 400$ worth of clothes I couldn’t get one measly free tote?! Also- went today and all the dressing rooms were blocked. How do you have a clothing store with no access to a dressing room? Needless to say I’m done going here.
