Never ever coming back to this pandora again. Everyone In the store today was looking all upset, no one greeted us either. I came because 1 one the many purchases I have from pandora again for the 2nd time in less then a month stone’s popped off. The manager or whoever she is DAYLA came over nasty attitude like always not my first time dealing with her. She told us the reason for stone popping out is because the ring is not round anymore ( I have attached a picture of the ring)and how we need to be careful with the way we grab stuff open doors etc… which for that why wear the ring.Then she got an attitude because I told her I don’t see the ring being bend or flat. So the reason she giving me makes no sense. I was told I have to purchase warranty for the ring to be replaced. I just had to leave because she very unprofessional . Not one person looked happy working in this location. I will never return :)

Is it possible to give this place zero stars? You would think because consumers are paying a pretty penny they would at least get some kind of acknowledgment. 5 associates, no greeter, no one approached me, no one even acknowledge that I was waiting patiently for over 10 mins to no avail. Only thing staff members did was ignore me and stand behind the cash wrap at back of the store. Associates were unorganized, rude, only talked amongst themselves instead of creating a positive shopping experience. Whoever was in charge clearly doesn’t know the importance of manager presence on the sales floor, the importance of a greeting, or a simple “We’ll be with you shortly.” Thank you Pandora, I’ll save my money.

Went to the mall to get a charm for my mom for christmas. was holiday shopping all day, went all the way to cherry hill for holiday hours because they close at 10.. get to pandora and there is a line. we got there at 9:27, and as soon as the guy sees us walk up he closes off the line. I asked super nicely if he could just accommodate me because all i needed was to get one charm and already knew which one. He said no and had a terrible attitude. When we walked away he started saying “well if you actually got here earlier we would’ve been able to accommodate you” with an attitude … completely rude and unprofessional and horrible i had to deal with that after such a long stressful day of holiday shopping, especially when i drove all the way out of my way to go to this mall location for holiday hours.

Long line of course one week prior to Christmas which is expected, the manager allowed some random lady to cut the line for some special request? When we finally got inside, all of the workers decided it was time to casually just restock and reorganize the whole store while we stood at the counter waiting. There’s no consideration for your time as a customer. Expect this to be your entire visit at the cherry hill mall.

I went to the store specifically to buy a link because my bracelet was too tight. Before I could even tell the manager, who happened to be who was helping me, she immediately saw my bracelet and started berating me for wearing it too tight. She was rude and patronizing. I still bought the link because I needed it, but I will not be back to this location.

For Mother's Day I got a necklace. I have wanted this necklace for about a year now. I was so excited when my husband took it home but I soon found out it was to small. We went to the Cherry Hill Mall today specifically to buy an extender. Unfortunately, we soon found out they don't sell extenders for this necklace. I had to instead return it :( with the refund I did pick out charms for my bracelet. 285.00 worth. The woman Leioni was such a pleasure. She was helpful and friendly, kind, and patient. I asked if I could get my bracelets cleaned. And a nice gentleman did come over and he took my information. This bracelet is really hard to take off so my husband took it off like he usually does and we hand it over. The gentleman took it into the back and cleaned it and he came back with it in a bag. And I took it out to put it on and right away I saw Leioni notice the same thing I did that this bracelet was no longer closing and clicking. It was to the point this bracelet would of fell right off and I would of lost charms and bracelet. She calls the gentleman over and he sees the same thing. He pulled another bracelet out and at first he did say it would be 75.00 and I explained how my bracelet was fine before I arrived. I wasn't even coming in for charms that I only got these charms because they didn't sell any extenders. He gave me the brand new bracelet at no charge. Pandora stands by their word and their jewelry and they will have a forever customer with me. Leioni you rock!! I'll be back due to the amazing customer service you provided.

Always great in store service..BUT they never answer their phones..i been calling for 2 weeks to find out if they have the blue hoop butterfly ? earrings..People pick up your dang phone!!

I visited the Cherry Hill mall location (on February 10 around 6pm) and the girl working in the front was very judgmental to me. I asked her could she measure my ring size and she first measured my friend and put the size measurer away, I then asked her could she measure me again and she said "Oh our rings don't come in that high of a size" I was very upset and felt she was judging me before even trying to help. I then went to the location Pandora at Macys and your associate (a very sweet pregnant woman) was so nice and measured my ring size and helped me find what I was looking for without any judgement at all. She was so helpful as I was so humiliated after my experience in your other store.

Whenever go plz ask for Yani she is AMAZING!! Even tho it was very busy She took her time out to help me pick a Valentine’s Day gift & was very patient & knowledgeable bout everything in the store. She was 1 of the best sales assistant I have dealt with. It hard to find good customer service now day is Yani gave us excellent service….10/10

Horrible experience and service. Waited on line for over an hour outside of the store. Then was assigned a very rude sales person who spoke over me and rushed me to purchase something. I was told “do you know what you want to buy or what?” Salesperson seemed annoyed to answer my questions on the jewelry I was interested in. Literally had to buy something in less than 10 minutes. I’m contemplating returning just for the awful experience. Don’t spend your money here. Go to a different Pandora location with better customer service.

The worst customer service when it comes to refund your own cash (as a form of payment) w receipt and item in hand. Shame on every employee and Store Manager that works there and mislead information to the customers.
