This location is sloppy and did not meet expectations in the dog wash department. Overall, it was dirty and broken. Choose a different location.

Great self washing area for pets. Extremely clean. Just wished the pet dryer had warm air instead of cold.

Today the associate was quite unfriendly and made my shopping experience very unpleasant. If only for today’s experience, I would give a one star; however, I did not have bad experience here before, so to be fair to the store. I gave a 3 star. But I would not want to go back here again given the poor experience I had today.

Better selection for premium dog food. However, most staff are unfriendly. The place often smells bad as well. I get better customer service at Petsmart and Concord.

Excellent customer service as always. My most recent visit to Pet Supplies Plus in Cherry Hill was a brief one just for a few special cookies for my dog Remy Martine. I was immediately greeted and asked if I need assistance in finding anything. Everyone was friendly and efficient.
