We love our weekly visits to the Cherry Hill Petco, where we adopted our cat Piper 11 years ago. They always have everything we need for our cat, plus we get to talk to Karl, the store manager, who is always friendly and keeps the store in great shape! Plus Valerie, Li, and the rest of Karl's team are always gracious and helpful. We love to visit the cats up for adoption from Camden Companions, and we enjoy meeting the dogs coming in for grooming. Our weekly visit is one of our highlights!

My least favorite pet store. Had an associate refuse to sell me a snail and a feeder goldfish because we didn't have a '20 gallon tank set up'. Which effectively crushed my three year old daughter.
(She had a simple 3 gallon set up, and mostly prefer to keep snails in it) she was so excited to share about her tank with this associate and he shut her down like toddlers regularly bully him.

Came in to use the self serve dog wash. Only one was working at the time and was being used. They came to get the other two working and were able to. The one I used not some of the buttons worked. Overall accomplished what I set out to do is clean the dog. But I do think $20 plus tax should include all working supplies.

I was having a really rough morning running around trying to put my cat in the carrier, I was starting to run late for my appointment. I called and Maria answered and she helped me out sooo much. I was expressing my stress and having a breakdown on the phone with her (not meaning too) and she helped me get my breathing under control again and after rescheduled for me so I was able to make it in that day. The staff here have been incredibly nice and even though I do stress about my cat, I feel comfortable with them caring for her.

The people there are awesome , very friendly and helpful,plus offer a lot in one place, from pet care to day care. may I add overnite stays ,yes hotel for your pets. Not to mention perks all this combined in a one stop shop!

All of the bad reviews about this place are 100 percent accurate! They hire the most incompetent and unbelievably unprofessional people on the planet! I placed a same day order and it was never delivered. The people in store are extremely unprofessional and rude! They tried to refer me to DoorDash. It was a Petco order! Theresa, the person claiming to be the manager, laughed at me and wouldn’t refund my money. She also refused to let me come pick up the items that I paid for. As a result, I will never return to this location again!

I went yesterday on 2/13/25 with my queen sphynx cat Toyko. We discovered after reviewing her X-rays my queen is having 3 kitties. The staff was wonderful and treated us like family. The price is fair for us pet parents. The front desk lady Maria was so welcoming to us and the pets it's heart-warming. Overall the experience was a 5-star.

Ive gone to 3 locations looking for a ferret but they don’t have any :(
Other than that they have a good selection of different animals I’ve provided photos.

Bad customer service they said my dog bit one of the female workers and my dog never got groomed there they deny service for his vaccines. They are very racist. They do really bad with their customer service they really suck I don't recommend to no one very unprofessional
