My dog appointment was 2/12/25 consist of Bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, paw & pad trim, sanitary trim, anal gland cleaning & more.* When I got home I checked him and seen his paws looked like they weren't even touched. I don't even know if they did all that the appointment called for. He had a piece of dried up crust at his eye. I believe that it was a fast quick job and half of it was not done according to the package. I am not satisfied. I had him there on 1/4/25 and on that visit the back end area was trimmed that it looked like a orangutan. I think the grooming staff does not have any or much of no experience. Sorry for the not so great review. Also when I dropped my dog off one of the groomers were grooming a dog and the dog yelped and whipped around to the groomer I am assuming she got a little to close to the skin of the dog with the clippers. I know who is reading this may be saying why did I go back after the orangutan issue. We'll I figured I'd give them another try but trust me I was skeptical. I should of went with my first mind.

The new female brown doctor is not very helpful . She keeps seriously ill dogs waiting hours to write a prescription for medicine . Not sure how she graduated vet school

Best PetSmart ever!! Large store with everything you need. Also has a grooming salon for dogs and cats. Laura does a phenomenal job! Benfield Hospital is also right there connected to the PetSmart store, providing well visits and treatment for any ailment your little friend may have. All I need is right there! Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

The associates at the store are super cool and friendly but I took my dog for a trim and the girl was in a bad mood. I didn't like the way she trimmed my dog's hair. It looks like a stupid 8-year-old did it.

I was at another groomer just to find they were not open even though their business hours and Google said they were. I called this PetSmart in a panic and they told me to bring my cat right in. The groomers were professional and in the time it took me to get cat food in the back of the store and walk to the front they were already done. The staff is always nice, they always greet you when you walk in. The store is very clean, the animals are well taken care of. This is the only PetSmart I go to in the area. Highly recommended for grooming or daily pet needs!

All the staff are very friendly there and their prices on pet food are better than anywhere else. Does anyone ever have trouble navigating the turns to find the way in for that particular location?

My pup has always gotten nervous with hairdryers, but the groomer has been patient with her each visit, and this time my pupper was able to handle the turbo dryer. She looks great and most importantly, she's happy post grooming.

Did a very poor job on my dogs nails polish . Got the nail polish on her fur and I had to pay $10 extra with the pedicure plus so almost 34 dollars . This time just wasn’t happy so upset I gonna have to polish myself . They said something about because I have a frenchie she has to have express service so maybe that’s why her nail polish was rushed I don’t know but this is the first time I wasn’t happy with the nail polish service .
