do not go here. very unsanitary, the new management/owners are rude and uncaring towards their staff and members, and the equipment is always breaking. if i could give zero stars i would.

I switched to this gym recently and it has been a great experience so far! Very clean and has a great selection of equipment. Jason at the front desk was very kind and helpful!

Ample parking. 24 hour hours on certain days. Well maintained and clean gym floor. Staff attentive. Well lit parking lot. Have not been here at 5pm or during peak time hours. Just mornings and night owl hours. Get a free pass and give this gym a try.

It's as advertised...get your workout in anytime you have. Showers could have a bit more consistency with the hot water though.
