Terrible customer service no one greets you as you check in. Employee was sitting on counter glued to the phone forever. Management definitely dropped the ball at this location.

Clean, spacious location. My complaint is with teen summers. Too many kids socializing around a single machine instead of working out, running around, or climbing on equipment and nothing is done about it.

The first shower stall doesn’t have any hot water. This shower stall is handicap accessible so this should be a priority to get fixed. When I spoke to the front desk about it they said it’s been broken for a very long time but they haven’t gotten around to fix it. I don’t get it.. why not fix it especially if you advertise as handicap accessible

I've been a member for over a month and notice that the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The gym (including locker room) is consistently clean and equipment in good working order...they have a great system in place in order to maintain it. Best cardio and weightlifting options in the area!!! Pay a little more and get access to tanning beds,massage chairs and hydro massage beds. I Love Cherry Hill Planet Fitness!M
