The light skinned woman who was working this past Thursday was very rude, didn’t even greet us, and when we were looking around she came to me telling me where the clearance section was towards the back! Like I couldn’t afford it, then I tell her that I’m looking for something that I saw online that I usually order online anyway but was in there area, the women says oh don’t order online anymore, we need to keep the store in business and keep my job. Heck I know why people don’t come in the store when you make them feel beneath you. But honey you must have judged wrong.

I visited the Pottery Barn in Cherry Hill this week. Mrs. Ae and Monet greeted me as soon as I entered the store. They were very friendly and offered me help. The store was very clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. I purchased the Mason cake stand and checked out all the new decorations. I had a very nice experience in the store and highly recommend this location. Eva :-)

Love PB and PB kids products, have been shopping with them for many years. Recently found out our local kids store is closing, such a bummer, the staff there is great and there are very few brick and mortar stores for children in the area.
Unfortunately, a manager by the name of Iri, at the Cherry Hill Pottery Barn store today was less than great. She was condescending, accusatory and unhelpful when attempting to do a simple exchange. I have a toddler who was patient until she wasn’t during the transaction and while Iri could have resolved the issue quickly and kindly (tis the season) chose to make things complicated and was very unpleasant in the process. The item I was hoping to evenly exchange (because it arrived to me damaged) was accidentally left in the store as Iri refused to help with the initial exchange and I left. When returning moments later she said it was not my item (the damage she was shown on the item moments before proved otherwise). Thankfully a more helpful employee stepped in and ultimately was able to assist. However, I will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future. Two stars because I know not all of the staff would have treated a customer (with a toddler in hand) this way.

Have been waiting 2 months for expensive bedroom furniture. What a waste of time and money. Customer service has no clue what they are doing. They will just give you the run around. They Say they will call back and never do. I would advise against pottery barn. Not sure how they are in business. I fell for it because of “the quality”

Ignored every time I walk in there. No greeting or acknowledgment in a quiet store. I’m not giving them my money - sorry.

absolutely terrible experience, me and my friends went in the store to look around and chill, we sat down on one of the chairs for literally 5 seconds and this middles aged white lady comes strutting towards us (her name is nj norma jean) she has glasses and short brunette hair. but besides the point we sat down for 5 seconds and she came to us and was extremely rude and told us to get out. we weren’t disrupting anyones shopping just simply minding our own business. it was my 3 friends, the three of us are african american. we didn't think it was racially motivated but we told our two white friends that were hanging out with as well to go in there and sit down and see what would happen, so they went in and atleast 5 minutes pass and nothing happens, so i walk in to see what was up and the minute i do she pops the corner and proceeded to scold me and say she would call security on me. very racially motivated and i hope she gets fired.

I believe the worker here named Nj or full name Norma jean is racist. My friends and I were at the mall enjoying our time and we split up, my friends that are people of color had went into this store and sat down for a second then this woman Nj norma Jean came up to them and told them if they wanted somewhere to sit then they could go outside, me and my friend I split up with had just came back and they were obviously angry about her doing this because they hadn't done anything wrong in that store. Me and my friend (both of us white) went into the store and sat down on some of the chairs no problem at all we also seen two other people sitting down (white) no problem with them sitting either right, me and my friend (white) get our other friend (black) to come in the store and sit with us since it obviously wasn't a problem now so when she had came in Norma jean came up to us and told us to get out and sit somewhere else, my friend said to the other people that were sitting right across from us said "and it isn't a problem for them to sit there but its a problem when we do it" and Norma jean said "they're paying customers" they we're literally just sitting and staring not talking to anyone of the employees so basically we all had gotten up to go leave and she had said "if you don't leave ill call security on you guys" we didn't do anything at all for her to do that but apparently since we sat we aren't "customers" but the other people that aren't talking or doing nothing are. Norma Jean you really need to get your act together you are a raging woman and i don't get how you work there still with all your attitude, you are by far the worst employee to ever walk the earth. I have pictures of the other white people sitting and not doing anything.

I absolutely give 5 stars to Rosalie Jones, who helped us to make a great choice of sofa we bought at Pottery Barn in Cherry Hill, NJ BUT... that's what we found when it was delivered

The "Manager" of this store definitely needs a customer service 101, and learn how to stay humble in her life. She was rude and when I tried to explain to her little brain that her attitude was not right she really went above and beyond her rudeness. If someone is looking to understand why customer prefer to buy online....here the reason...hire and train your employees.

The middle aged brunette woman with glasses that frequently is working the register is consistently rude to me every time I go to return anything .I had my wedding registry through pottery barn and it was always an absolute nightmare and hassle to return anything at this store. She acts like YOU are the burden. Recently, I went to return an online order and I was told because I pushed “return” on the website and it generated a shipping label, that I would need to print the shipping label in order to return this in store. I immediately called pottery barn customer service when I got back to my car and they confirmed that this was an untrue statement .I am never returning to this store. I’m sick of this woman’s attitude , she really should not be working in customer service or at least not at a place where customers are spending a lot of money on home goods and furniture. You might as well stick with target if there is any risk you may need to return the product .
