I went to Pristine Nails for a refill, I felt rushed to choose a color, I settled for black. I noticed a grit like lump, she wipe and redid it, yet when finished I noticed later that a few of my fingers are gritty. And later noticed that the color is a very dark blue not black. My hand was lotioned and hot towered, then she filed my nails leaving dust behind. The atmosphere was uncomfortable , when the communicated in their native language

I come here all the time and love the ladies there. I always get gel manicures and they are super fast and good. Clean place and staff is friendly. Prices are fantastic!

Very bad customer service, they were very unprofessional and rude!!! I went in for a pedicure and I let them know that my water was too cold several times, their response was that they already put the .5 cent little bag in there so they couldn’t let the water out!! Two women walked in after me and because one of the other techs finally drained my water and made it more hot for me I then had to wait until the other women got done! So I kindly left ! I’d rather spend my money somewhere else! So rude PLEASE ladies do NOT go here !! I will also be filing a complaint with the state of NJ ! This place was by far the worst nail salon that I’ve ever been too ! I will not be returning!

Nice staff, small location, great prices! They only charge $20.00 for gel manicure and it last me the full two weeks.

I went in for a gel manicure and to get my toenails polished. After the nail tech took the gel off my nails, I decided not to get the gel manicure. The nail tech started talking to the owner Cindy.She wasn't happy about me changing my mind. The total price would have been $30.00. I didn't get the gel manicure, Cindy told her to charge me $28.00. This is incorrect. The cost should not have been more than $23.00. I told Cindy she was cheating me. She just gave me the d*** blank stare. I will NEVER patronize this business again. Cindy knew she was cheating me she did not try to correct the problem. Cindy is a CHEAT!Service: Manicure

The technician did my gel manicure. It felt rushed and I wasn’t happy. The shape of my nails were crooked, the gel polish had bubbles in it, and there were hang nails that weren’t filed after nails were painted. After my nails were painted, I noticed areas on the side that were not painted and still had the color from my previous nail job. When I asked the tech to fix it, she did it but seemed frustrated as if it was my fault.I don’t understand why it was a rush job and the disrespectful treatment when I was the only person in the shop.Poor customer service. Although they did attempt to fix the issue. Won’t be returning.Service: Gel manicures

Very small and dirty with a horrible selection of polishes. My nails are completely uneven. It IS very cheap but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend just paying the extra 5 bucks to go to a reputable salon.

Bad experience. The owner of the salon doesn't work good. She is acting bad with the guest she move from one to one without excuses. She talk on the phone all the time during do the nails. She doesn't apologize. Unprofessional place.Services: Manicures

I typically don't go to salons to get services done. My friend had recently gotten an incredible set of acrylics done here and I thought it was time for me to get the same. Reading some reviews on here had me a little worried that my experience would be less than, but I'm glad to say this experience has exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely blown away by not only the price but quality of my gel extensions. I am very grateful for them making my first salon experience in a very long time such an awesome one. Thank you so much again for such an amazing set!!!

Well I would like to start out by price was decent. Unfortunately when I sat down she had no water for my manicure. Which is weird. She started my manicure and got water after 7 minutes in. The water was barley warm and she placed my hands in their for 2 seconds. Then I kept saying my cuticles were bad she did the. But missed quite a few spots. Then she brings over the colors I pick out. The one was suppose to be gold it was pink and other one was correct. I said no gold she said this is gold so then she got new color. The whole time I felt rushed. She barley even massaged my hands. The towel was hot but but literally wasn’t even white because of how long they had it for. I was just shocked since it’s cherry hill. They could be much better if they slowed down, and got clean towels. My nails look ok but could of been better.Service: Manicures

The only good thing about this place are the prices. Extremely small and uncomfortable atmosphere. The tech dug into my toe to cut my cuticles and I bled. I also felt my appointment was a bit rushed. Won't be returning.Services: Manicures
