I'm way past due for writing this WELL DESERVED review.I have a disabled child and we were experiencing a death in the family when I was try to move out of my unit.The staff were compassionate and very accommodating with the delivery nd removal of moving cubes.I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience in a very difficult time.THANK YOU SHERRY AND EVERYONE AT PUBLIC STORAGE ON OLD CUTHBERT ROAD IN CHERRY HILL, NJ

Amy was beyond fabulous. She showed me the facility, but realized I was looking for an indoor climate controlled space. She made calls for me found me a Public Storage location that had a 10 x 20 space. She was professional, kind and wanted to make sure I was happy with the unit I chose. Thank you Amy, you really came through for me. I would give you a 10 star rating but the system allows only five.Sheeri

Was contemplating if i should even use storage for my families items while in the process of moving but coming to this property and speaking with Amy, she really opened up my mind to how much storage would help me. Truly such a sweetheart Amy was and answered all of my questions thoroughly, made sure no question was left unanswered. I am glad i stopped by here and spoke with her. Giving 5 stars just because of the customer service!
