Great experience. Niara was excellent, friendly, very helpful and informative. We went in not looking to buy anything and were not pressured or felt like we had to buy anything, she took the time to explain everything and point us towards the best mattress for us.

Oh, how I’ve suffered finding the perfect pillow. I own, well, let’s just say I’ve bought a lot of pillows on my quest for pillow perfection. Shout out to Krista at Purple for hanging with me and leading me to the right one. First one was a little too high. No problem. Returns accepted (within 90 days). Went with the Purple Harmony Low and it’s been sheer bliss. Pillows sound silly and frivolous but you sleep on them every night. A bad night’s sleep can ruin your day. Krista took the time to talk to me and let me try them out. No judgement, so patient, and I’m so happy now that I found the perfect pillow.

Best experience with Krista. Promote her to manager. I'll buy anything in that store from her. The mattress is pretty nice, too.

Krista was AMAZING!!!!! She was very friendly and patient. She did not rush me through the buying process at all. She is very knowledgeable and after trying several different mattresses she thoroughly explained the differences between all of them.
She also shared different discounts the store was offering and how I could save a few dollars.
Above all she did not try to pressure me into buying something I did not want. She simply led me around the floor room, explained all the differences in the mattresses and let me make my own decisions.
Excellent buying experience and if I know anyone looking for a new mattress I will definitely send them to see Krista at the Purple store in Cherry Hill.

I came in on a biased opinion but still tried out the beds and I’m glad I did. Lawrence was so helpful and gave us so much information on the beds. We probably spent 45 minutes in here and it was completely worth it!

What a fantastic experience I had with Krista! From start to finish she walked me through everything, kept up with any emails i sent, was patient with any and all questions, and made check out swift and friendly! Great experience. We worked with Krista and were in and out in under an hour. We tried all the models on the floor and had all our questions answered. Overall a great and smooth experience and very happy with our mattress and the delivery process.

I took advantage of the father's day sale & purchased the ultimate cushion and Backrest lastnight. I am extra happy with the service and results. The young lady that assisted me was kind and knowledgeable ( I'd promise to put in a good word for her, but forgot her name; I do apologize) about the company products. I am looking forward to the pillow sale and promos and can't wait to upgrade to a Purple mattress as well. ???????
