My wife and I are experiencing purple mattresses for the first time and would not have went further (with purchase) if it had not been for Niara for being persistent for following up with us for six months. Also like to give some thanks.Krista for stepping in when we stopped in, and Niara was off.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Niara was very helpful and attentive without being pushy. Gave us lots of time to try various beds.

Krista at the Cherry Hill Mall knows so much about these products, it’s actually insane how helpful she was as far as letting me test the differences, telling me which ones she has and which she admires the most, where to start and where to end up. I had no idea about the travel pillows too. Well anyway if you want to talk to someone friendly and actually loves what she does, go to the Cherry Hill Mall store and ask for Krista.

Krista was awesome! From the moment we entered the showroom, she was inviting and friendly. She answered every question we had, let us know about all the discounts available, and (most importantly) didn’t pressure us the way a lot of salespeople tend to do. After shopping around, it was obvious that none of the other brands could hold a candle to Purple’s mattresses. Very happy with the experience!
