Quest is NOT forthcoming regarding handling of simple "Stat" lab requirements. The phlebotomist I dealt with explained my physician had to be called to confirm acceptance of lab results within 24 hours (9:30 am appointment) for my "Stat" script, which is definitively NOT Stat (same day- 24 hours implies potential next day results, definitively NOT Stat!). This after I had confirmed via multiple phone calls Stat service was handled by Quest! I do not understand why Quest Customer Service is misleading customers regarding this critical function. They are being duplicitous. Most disturbing for a national chain!

I would recommend quest to other friends but not this location, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and no one was there, I wasn't called till my appointment time. The screen said there were 2 other person being served but I didn't see anyone inside except 2 employees. The employee took my blood didn't even say a word expect said you should have told me that before with a disappointing/angry face when I told her there is one more script in the system. Also she went on the side of the arm instead of the middle, not sure she knew what she was doing.

Clean facility but extremely slow. My original experience was as a walk in several months ago - waited nearly 2 hours (however I sort of understood as I was a walk in, not an appointment). Today I had an appt scheduled at 12pm, arrived/checked in 10 minutes early as they advise - waiting room was filled with at least 6 other people, all who also had appointments. Only 2 people were called back between 12:00 and 12:30. I wasn’t called back until 12:40!
As a healthcare provider myself I understand delays and systems based challenges, but frankly having to wait more than 20 minutes (let alone 40+) for a scheduled appointment is crazy.
Will never come back to this location, unfortunately.

I have been going to Quest in Cherry Hill for 30 years. I have always received excellent care. Today I had this passive aggressive tech named Marisol who was trying to shake me down for a credit card to put up to $90 on hold. I have insurance that does not require me to pay for labs. That should have been on the screen to let her know. It has always shown up in the past. She didn't stop until I told her I didn't have a credit card to give her. And all of a sudden it showed up on the screen that I don't have to pay anything. And after she took two tube's of my blood she started shaking the vials like they were salt shakers. Never had a tech do that before. It was the weirdest experience I have ever had at Quest. I will continue to go to this location and I will cross my fingers and hope I never get Marisol again.

Very careless service I received. My blood went everywhere after needle removed and bandage “applied”, because the technician did not apply and bandage me properly at all. She asked while my blood started going everywhere if I was on blood thinners. I told her no and that she just didn’t apply the bandage or pressure where the needle actually was. She rushed the after process and I will never go back there again. Horrible experience.

I must say the staff is amazing. I was there twice this month. The first time I had the pleasure of meeting Naque ( sorry I know I most likely spelled your name wrong) and Marisol today. Both were so patient and kind. Thank you so much ladies. I appreciate you.

Marisol was amazing as usual. Never had a bad check in or labs with her. Only waited 2 minutes before I was called. She treats me like family. The Lucas Family

Terrible service, I didn’t believe the other reviews but DO NOT come here without an appointment! You will wait 3 hours and then they’ll tell you they’re closed and to get out…

I had a good experience here after reading some of the reviews. The check in process was easy done on the kiosk. The place is really clean and modern. I was taken in immediately and my testing took a total of 5 minutes. The lady who helped was very respectful and kind.

Id give this 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO TO THIS QUEST IN CHERRY HILL KINGS HIGHWAY! the lady there was SO RUDE to my daughter. Not to mention she took forever after our scheduled appointment. We didn't stay for the test either. Not even cups for the water machine.

Attempted to be a walk-in, so I was there before they opened at 6:30. They didn’t unlock their doors at opening and waited for appointment at 6:40. I waited until almost 7 and they would not come back out after someone was done their apt and they just kept waiting for next appointment to show up. I went to lapcorp up the street and was in and out in 5 minutes.
