I had an appointment and even though I was the only one in the waiting room, it took them 10 minutes to call me back. When I got to the back, a passive aggressive assistant asked for my insurance. I told her I scanned it in the waiting room. Instead of telling me the scan didn’t go through, she repeated she needed it unless I wanted to pay. Not professional at all. So glad she wasn’t the one who took my blood. The person who took my blood was pleasant.

I was satisfied making my online appointment for the Saturday morning and glad that I did not have to wait long. I arrived at this place in Cherry Hill with a pleasant start of my weekend after a very tiring long work week despite of not having my morning coffee and any food due to my 10hr fasting for this bloodwork. And what do I get at this place? Ida B the technician called my name with a grumpy unwelcoming morning attitude from the waiting room. I greeted her at the door good morning with a smile hoping to improve her attitude and got a negative vibe instead (and my husband witnessed her too). I sat at the chair and she continued with her grumpiness (I can feel her bad mood even in her limited exchange of words). She proceeded to tie the band on my arm super tight then jabbed my vein with the huge needle ( I realized after that she didn't straightened my arm) and I had to yell with a loud OW!!! I told Ida B that this experience from her was my only and worst painful blood draw. I've gotten my blood drawn for who knows how many times in my lifetime. I was a chemo recipient 12yrs ago with many vein needle jabs, but nothing like this uncaring and careless experience. I suggest to change your job Ida B and not care for patients who need healthCARE. Desk job might be appropriate for you (and us patients). Your negative energy carries all the way down to your needle. I used this location because it's close to my doctor and my home. I think I'll go back to LABCORP. I may find Ida B in other Quest locations too. I've never written a review like this until now.

Newer, clean office. Easy check in. Appointments recommended if you don't want to wait.

There weren't any appointment slots closer to home so I chose this location. It's located in a huge, vacant looking building. My son easily checked in on the kiosk. He was seated for less than five minutes when he was called back. My son said that both technicians were really nice. The whole visit was only approximately 20 minutes.

I don't discount the previous negative comments, But when I went they were on time, the facility was clean and they were very friendly.

Went in around 8:30AM with no appointment for a pediatric blood draw. Was originially told the next appointment was at 11:50AM but Marisol worked some magic to help get my student in and out quickly and to school on time!

I felt discriminated. My name was called . I didn’t have a mask I understand in my behalf however they lady screamed at me bc I ask if she had one and she said NO ! But the lady before me gotten a mask from the employee. I would NEVER USED THIS LOCATION !!! The way she yelled at me made me feel belittled horrible horrible

I checked in today at 8am. No appointment. One person in the waiting. Kiosk advised I will need to wait two hours and forty minutes to have my blood work done. They remodeled the waiting room and bought the most uncompfortable chairs I have yet to sit in. Two of the chairs are clearly leaning to one side and appear they could colapse. What happened? I use to come in and have my blood work done in a half hour.

Went there empty open office waited forever said they could not draw the labs today they were closing hours on website say closing at 12pm it was 11 amLady was rude lazy and should be firedI will NEVER use quest ever againHorrible experience and lazy rude unprofessional go elsewhereNo staff in office waited in office forever before being told I would not be able to have labs why are they there, outside smoking and being paid for not drawing labs waste of timeWill never use Quest again

Had a great experience recently. Extremely friendly staff, wait time was very short compared to other lab services. The office is clean, big and welcoming. Would recommend this location!

Though websites stated walked in are available, i walked in, checked in and set there for 75 minutesWatching everyone else is seen. And when I spoke with the technician in charge, she said you must make an appointment.From now on, Lab Corp is my place

So Slow. Should have looked at the reviews BEFORE I scheduled my appointment here. Despite being the first 8am appointment in the morning, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes to be seen for routine blood draw. Watched the wait time go from 3 minutes to 16 minutes, and then a third time it jumped again. I also needed to return to drop off a lab sample but was assured those are processed first . WRONG! Checked in, waited patiently, other people were called, watched my wait time shoot up to 16 minutes again (strange it was the same time), and just left. I would absolutely look elsewhere unless you have nothing better to do with your time. Positive side, I was able to schedule an appointment two days out rather than waiting a week at another place & it was clean.
