Excellent experience. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful. Truly helpful—they don’t push products. I set out to buy an office chair and a recliner but after trying all the recliners and not liking any of them they were very respectful of my decision and we moved on to the office chair department where they were very patient with me and helped me with all the seat adjustments for every chair I tried. I did buy an office chair and they delivered it that day and also helped me again with the seat adjustments. I love the chair. Excellent experience —I will now be a life long customer of Relax the Back especially the Cherry Hill location.

I haven't bought anything from them yet, but my first visit there was excellent. They took the time to show me different desk chairs and discuss what I was looking for and how it compared to what they had. They answered all my questions thoughtfully. They even walked me through all the customization options and their delivery and setup services. Not sure my next step, but if you are looking for a personalized experience definitely pay them a visit.

Went pillow shopping. Knowing there was a no return policy, I was hesitant. I went a couple of times to try a pillow I liked and decided to go for it. Excited to try it that night, but found the pillow was much firmer than the one I tried in the store. The packaging said it was made for side sleepers, which I am not. I called the store and was told it could be used for a back sleeper, also. After several nights of trying to adjust to it, it is now back in the bag. Hopefully, I’ll find someone to gift it to that will appreciate it.

Suffering with chronic back, hip and neck problems makes working more challenging. I had a decent office task chair, but continued having problems until I found out about Relax The Back!
This store is like German engineering for ergonomic furniture! I had no idea of the ergonomic supports available to me until I met Tom. From our first meeting in store to delivery and set up, the process was seamless, professional and teachable. My chair was delivered and set up in a timely manner and Tom took some extra time to adjust the chair to my needs. My new chair is absolutely beautiful, but most importantly designed to reduce stress and strain on the user. I highly recommend Tom and Relax The back Cherry Hill!

I was able to make an appointment for checking out chairs the same day I called in, and when I got there Dave was extensively knowledgeable about all the different types and features of the chair I was looking into. It made selecting for what chair I wanted to order a very comfortable process with little stress because by the time I was paying I knew exactly what I wanted, Dave showed plenty of patience for my time spent feeling out each option. Then when the chair arrived, Dave also helped out with the initial fitting to make sure the chair was adjusted properly to what best fit my body and went through the process of how each function on the chair worked, which I was very grateful for. The chair itself, has been amazing so far. It’s probably the first time in my life I’ve had a computer chair that I can really sit back and relax into while holding proper posture. Every other chair I’ve had has forced me into slumping or slouching in some way, so being able to sit normally is a breath of fresh air. The price for the chair was not cheap, but in my opinion for the quality it’s giving me, especially as someone who does remote work and thus sits in their chair all day, it’s been worth every penny.
